We came to this location solely to return dresses that were purchased online. We actually ended up buying a couple of dresses in store. The staff were nice and helpful but they completely lied to my sister when it came to returns. She bought dresses online that were on clearance (that were above $10) but when she tried to return them, the lady at the counter told her that dresses that were bought on clearance have to be returned online. Return labels cost $5. I was pretty annoyed because I didn’t see this listed anywhere on the website, so I called the customer service number the next day. Told them what happened and they said what the boutique told me was completely wrong and questioned herself why they told me that and yes I should have been able to return.

I have great experiences with other stores but I wish I had the same experience here, not just the normal script of ‘Hi how are you?’ & ‘Have a nice day.’I tried finding a dress & walked all around the store while one attendant walked around me hanging clothes & another at the register on her phone while next to her. I wasn’t greeted walking in which is fine but when other customers came in they were greeted & explained the promo, the attendant turned around looked at me & walked away.I know I should of asked for help but if I’m standing lost I would want someone to ask if I need help looking for something?

I went to Francesca’s looking for a dress for Halloween, the 2 ladies working were amazing. They helped me look and offered suggestions, even pulling up images on their phones. This is the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time! Thank you ladies! Visit date October 27, 2022 at noon.
