I own a vehicle rental business so Ive dealt with my share of mechanics over the years. After dropping the vehicle off, he calls and says the repair will be more than what he quoted. The Problem was not fixed. After paying him, I had to go to another shop. He tells me to come back for something else that needs repair but it don't trust this shop at all now.

We've been using America's repair for at least 6 years and have always been very satisfied with the repairs to our vehicles. Recently my 2008 Toyota Sienna kept giving me a traction control code. I found a video that suggested replacing rack and pinion bushings. Obviously mine were bad considering the age, but also Andre noticed my right drive axel was really bad. He replaced both parts and I'm happy to report i didn't get the code!!!!

What an INCREDIBLE team at America's Repair! We can simply cannot recommend them enough. Our 2020 Volkswagen was having issue with a fuel injector. Long story short, after having the team here perform the diagnostic, we made the mistake of hiring a mobile "mechanic" to install a new one to try and prevent my husband from needing to miss work by bringing his car over to Gessner Rd. The mobile mechanic did a total botch job on the car, incorrectly installed the injector and broke several pieces of the car, causing the car to not only have a fuel injector, but not to start AT ALL. The team at America's Repair quickly fixed the issue for us and took great care to make a very anxiety-inducing situation as painless as possible. We appreciate their kindness, incredible communication and ability to fix a complicated problem efficiently while managing cost. The price to have all of this fixed was more than fair, and we could not be happier with our experience. These guys will be our go-to mechanics for as long as they are in business, they are simply THE BEST and precisely the kind of people you would hope to run into in an unfortunate situation!

I would give these guys a million stars if I could! We can cannot recommend them enough. After a total botch job on our car by a mobile "mechanic", we turned to America's Repair scared and desperate for help as our 2020 vehicle would no longer start due to the negligence of another mechanic. The team at America's Repair quickly fixed the issue for us and took great care to make a very anxiety-inducing situation as painless as possible. We deeply appreciate their kindness, incredible communication and ability to fix a complicated problem efficiently while managing cost. The price to have this mess this fixed was incredible, and we could not be happier with our experience. These guys will be our go-to mechanics for as long as they are in business, they are simply THE BEST and precisely the kind of people you would hope to run into in an unfortunate situation! While I do not look forward to any car issues in the future, I do look forward to doing business with these wonderful people again.

Overall, good service. The guy does take a little while to attend to you since he is probably busy working on something. However, he is straight forward and quoted me a decent price. Doesnt try to upsell me and i got in and out happy.

We went to take a look at a vehicle to purchase and they had a rebar sticking out of parking curb which ripped off the front end of the car. When I took it back they did a very temporary fix that lasted for about a week. Didn't end up purchasing because most of the cars had super high mileage or making noise. To be honest they said they could fix what ever made noise but i knew that would be a temporary fix as well.

I randomly towed my VW here before the battery died. they were able to get to it the same day and I was able to drive it home before they closed. The receptionist assured me that the rest of my car was in working order and they checked the fuses. I will be back here to service my VW instead of the dealership from now on.

I bought a used SUV here and had a pleasant experience. They helped us install a 3rd row seat and repair the AC very quickly within a week. Overall, great buying experience and customer service.

The people didn’t even acknowledge I was there and waiting. I am sure one of them was the owner. He must have enough business that he can ignore people. Chick Fil A is world case for a reason. This place has no class. If they have no respect for people, they certainly want respect your car. Just got back in my car and left as the boys in the repair bay watched.

I had a ton of work done on my 2009 VW BUG and they did a great job for a fair price. Fixed my air conditioning and it’s blowing ice cold. That alone is worth 5 stars in this Texas heat.

Don't waste your time or money. Went in for a freezing a.c line, $140 later, left with same issue. I was told that it still blew cold air even when frozen. Uh, I'm not a mechanic and I know the line isn't supposed to freeze. So even if the owner responds to this, ignore that. They just want your business. I got screwed out of my money, save yours.
