I wish I could give a zero. I was given an estimate to have my car repaired around Nov 16th if parts weren't delayed. The 16th came and the car wasn't repaired because the body shop was said that they were waiting on one part from Audi. Then I contacted the adjuster again for an update on the 20th and was told the same reason and I lost trust in the body shop to believe that reason. I immediately got off the phone and contacted the parts dept of Audi West where they had the part that the body shop needed in stock. I contacted the adjuster and asked her how the body shop was waiting on a part that's in stock, and I was told that it was not ordered from the Audi dealership that was close to the shop. The parts guy chose the one further across town for some odd reason. I then explained to her that I'm tired of paying for uber rides and scheduled to go home for the holiday since I'm not from Houston. She told me that she would inform the collision shop parts guy about the Audi dealership that is closer that had the part. Well, they didn't care about my concern nor request because Thanksgiving eve they didn't do a single action to have my car finished for me to have it for the holiday. Then the adjuster said that I can look for it finished Nov. 27th but that deadline wasn't sufficient neither.The guy over parts should be be fired but also the shop manager bears responsibility for this incompetence. I hope my strong social presence makes the owner feel this in his pockets that way I felt for spending the holiday away from my family. Then I know it will be personnel changes in this shop.

Worst experience ever worst Trish is horrible disrespectful doesn’t explain thing’s clearly and tries to do everything to save the company’s money and reputation before actually helping customers! I wish I could give this place a review that would shut them down for good because that’s what’s needed. I definitely regret choosing them to fix my car!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. They told me my car would be ready and 4 weeks later it still is not. I have to call them on the date the car is supposed to be ready every time. They tell me a date and the date passes so I call them the day after then they give me a new date at least a week later and blame it on someone else. They forgot to order all the correct parts. Then didn't even replace my tire which they were told when I dropped it off that it was leaking (it also had a glaring bulge in it) and called me asking if I wanted it replaced after the repairs had supposedly been done. They added new charges to the bill twice at the end and didn't tell the insurance company so I had to spend half a day calling back and forth between them and the insurance company to get it resolved. They towed my car to a different shop than the one I dropped it off at and now are holding it there until the insurance company makes the final payment which they added on at the very end and this will take another day just to tow it. Even though it is completed (at least that's what I'm told, although I've been that twice before and a week later I still don't have my car) they won't tow the car to the shop near me. I would highly recommend using another auto body repair company.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Made an appointment with Danny Wright to drop off the vehicle on Saturday morning to get repaired. Confirmed appoint at 8am and they weren't even open! Left voicemail and email same day. Four days later and ZERO Response via phone or email from anyone at this establishment. Guess that is how they run their business, screw up and ignore the problem. Unreliable and unavailable. Lost my business and my faith in this establishment. Do not trust these Amateurs.

Absolutely incredible shop. I was in a multi-car pile up and had front/rear damages as well as a bent frame. It was a process, but First Choice helped me get back on the road with an entirely new frame (which I had never heard of before). Danny at FCC was extremely helpful and when above and beyond multiple times. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. You guys rock!

This place is very unethical. We sent my daughters car there to get repaired they quoted us one price but decided to go with a different amount once they found put insurance company was involved. And they also took personal items out of the vehicle that shouldn't have been touched. They stole my daughter apple watch out of the arm rest. It was tracking there but now no longer tracking. They claim they didn't mess with anything. After repairs we've had to take the car back 4 times for things to get fixed correctly.
