I go to this store often to print a single copy of funeral programs I design then I go home to make copies of it. Yesterday I went in like I always do and requested a single print. I always bring my own paper with me and they print behind the counter. On yesterday I worked with a lady I have worked with once in the past. I knew things were going left when she told an employee "We have to stop letting so much stuff get back here". She tried to charge me $80 to print 5 double sided sheets of 11x17 paper. She was really mad that I only wanted 1 copy. She charged me like she designed them herself. I'll never go to this store again. She was an older lady with blonde curly braids. She was mad I didn't want to pay $80 for 5 sheets of paper so she kept them

5/14/22 - Back again. Had to make a Walmart return. T helped me. She was quick, efficient and her customer service was fantastic! I wasn’t inside even 3 minutes. Thanks T :)

The older guy at the front was pretty rude as he became easily annoy at not being able to swipe the card machine correctly. It’s your own fault for using such a non-obvious scanner. This is just basic customer service.

The staff is very friendly. I was greeted as I went to the service desk and the staff assigned me to fax a document and a laminated material.

Went here to fax something and I had never used a fax machine before. The clerk got me all set up and she stayed until my transaction was completed. I thanked her for her help and patience. Can't find many self serve places where someone is happy to assist you.?

Upon first walking in, my impression of this location was very clean and organized. Christina was very helpful, she easily assisted with some large files I had, and converted them to zip files help me with the email transfer as well. This is such a great service, I was so glad to have found her. Before coming to FedExI went to a bunch of other office places and they have no idea how to do this. I find that incredible.Thank you again, Christina for the great service!

I'm here at 8:25 on tax day needing to print something out before work. Not only are they not open even though the sign says 8am, but as I've been waiting with four other people, not a single person has been seen walking around and no one is answering their phone in the building. All I need is the self printing station.Absolutely unprofessional. If they are understaffed they could at least have someone come over to give us a time frame.

Alfredo was the super star who helped me today. I was a bit overwhelmed trying to get some brochures set up and he went over the top in customer service to make sure everything was set up right for me. This man deserves a proper raise and praise for doing such a great job! Besides him, the team here is very efficient and as I waited saw the lines move down smoothly. Good place to do business!
