RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! Went thru the carwash and paid and it didn’t work when I went inside for a refund this moron here refused to give me my money back while cursing at me and acting like a total idiot. ?? Also prices in gas are more expensive than anywhere else around NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Went in to this exxon the cashier was rude from the beginning was asking about the rewards number he got an attitude with me so I just left how about saying hello first rudeness is where I take my money and leave he not a people person at all

Rushed into paying for a carb cleaner at the counter read the directions and tried to return item with receipt and same card and he would not refund me 3 mins after I walked out of the store. But they seem nice at first. Support some other business.

I need to speak to my ex. Can you put my Ex on. This is the Exxon in the Heights way up in the posh part of town, and it gets pretty busy and usually has pretty high prices as well compared to others in Houston, although for this neighbourhood it's pretty typical. It's still a good gas station and clean and fairly friendly as well, so it's helpful to have it here.

Was going to give it a five star due to the fact that one restroom was out of service, abd they let you use the other one. I gave it a two star because I couldn't use my Exxon points to buy something. The clerk had some excuse. I don't get why some of these stores try there hardest not to let you use your points and half of them don't vwant you to use the restroom. I love it when they have the out of order sign when it does work. Restroom does not work even if I don't have to use it I try to go somewhere else. I know in this country a gas station on a major highway needs to have a working public restroom it's just wrong not to .

I stop here once a week to fill up lately my card never works. The cashier inside is rude af, when I asked if others where having the same issue he suggested I go somewhere else for gas that’s exactly what I’ll be doing from now on wouldn’t be surprised if there is some skimming going on here
