A complete scam, my car was never picked up and communication was very poor, they are just looking for credit card numbers and collecting a deposit! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!

Worst treatment ever. I have a shipment with them from May 2019 that was supposed to arrive in Saudi Arabia in 3 days, and to date it has not arrived and I have not received it!!!!! Today's date is October 25, 2019. Is it possible!!!!!!!!
The person in charge, Ahmed, I ask him every day about the shipment, and every day he promises me that it will arrive next week. I wait for next week, and the next, and the next, and nothing arrives. Whenever I ask him, he evades or gives me false promises for 5 months.
An additional $2,500 was transferred to their account and was supposed to be recovered and transferred by them to my personal account in America. To this day I have not received anything. Only one dollar was transferred in 3 months, claiming that they transferred one dollar to verify if the bank account number was correct!
I advise anyone not to deal with them. I will hire a lawyer in Houston and file a lawsuit against them

Amazing experience!! I highly recommend using their service. I was expecting my delivery withing 6 weeks of receipt at their company, to my surprise I received it 10 days earlier. On Monday 1 April I agreed to use elite shipping. All week they said it'll be picked up on Friday 5 April. All week I kept in contact and when Friday came I kept trying to contact them and they ignored my communication and the driver never showed up on Friday. I'm a disabled military Veteran with 33 years of service and it was critical this car get loaded on that Friday. Now it's Monday and I've had to arrange a different company because they ignored my contacts all day Friday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are horrible.
