Delivery’s are not timely. Tube feedings took a week to come. We ran out and we’re told 3 times that it would be there first thing in the morning, in 2 hours. It didn’t come and the provider failed to alert us that it would not come as previously stated. My husband is on Hospice and this was very anxiety producing. Now we have no trust.

Hi I just opened my box of what I thought was my cannulas that I told my caseworker I needed. What I got was oxygen tubing will call the office tomorrow and get this order straightened out. And my stars will go up ?
