We purchased close to $12,000 worth of furniture here back in October. A stone dining table, large couch, and the chairs for said dining table. When it came around to delivery time in December the salesman Linh said that the chairs that we had RESERVED already with a $10,000 down payment were supposedly so scuffed and scratched up that he didn’t want to sell us those chairs anymore and wanted to order us new ones. I was okay with that and he provided us some cheap, white, loaner chairs and you can clearly tell the quality on those chairs are almost like something out of a Wal-Mart. I went ahead and paid him the rest of the bill upon delivery, and I wait for the chairs. The funny part about this whole story is that I actually found out where those dining table chairs were. A co-worker of mine who I recommended to the store actually has them, so instead of holding those chairs he sold them to another customer. So I play it cool for a bit and just try and see if he gets me these new chairs. Throughout January and now the beginning of February I have made multiple calls to see if they have my chairs yet and every time I get the run around by him and his co-workers so I’m pretty fed up and hopefully I’ll be able to get a refund soon. I have even confronted Linh about how I knew he sold those chairs to another customer and now he has used every other excuse to explain to me why I don’t have the chairs that I bought. All in all I learned that these salesman are just greedy, and some horrible liars so for anyone looking for furniture in the Houston area this is probably not the best place to go.

I called to get some pricing. A man answered the phone. I asked for queen size box spring and frame. He just hang the phone. I called right back and if this is Direct furniture. He say yes , no 1 right now. He told me to call back later. Nah, we good. 1 star is the lowest I and rated store.

Terrible customer service. Do not buy their massage chair. They have a "showroom" with multiple massage chair but they will push you to buy the Kawaii chair. The show room is just for looks and to trick you into thinking they have a variety of chair but they're really just selling the Kawaii chair which is very rough and hard compared to the one on the showroom. The Kawaii chair in the showroom is gentle but the one you end up getting is very rough

Unethical business owners. They will lie to you and not stand by their product. Do not buy their massage chairs. There is no refund policy and they did not make this known at time of purchase.
