There was 3 people working a day I went to make a payment and I remember 2 names I was getting help from a young kind women, probably the nicest person working that day at the register to make my payment. While she was helping me someone else needed assistance in one of the sections in the back, but the young women couldn’t go because she was busy already. Then i looked around and i noticed one of the other employee called “Erison” that was just sitting next to the computers on his phone by the register doing nothing, he didn’t even bother looking up or getting up to go help them even though the young women told him if he could go help them “he completely ignored her.” So when she finished helping me she got out and went to go help thats when the manager came out her name was “Erin” she then went up to the young women and was getting the young women in trouble for going to go help the other person. I was in shock when i heard and seen it myself i was in disbelief of how rude “Erin” was towards her for helping someone that needed something in the back. While she was getting in trouble for no reason “Erison” was still sitting there by the computers and the manager “Erin” didn’t tell him nothing. Thats just bad management by the manager and the employee “Erison”. All i need to say now is “Erison and Erin” do a better job and from what i seen and heard the other days ive gone the manager needs to get fired she doesn’t deserve that placement. And hopefully that young women finds a better job with nicer people

If I could give this location zero stars I certainly would.
I have now transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere due to the actual pharmacist named T like the letter T as she says. Unprofessionally I might add...
I had a horrible experience with this pharmacist. I don't even know how she is in the profession she is in with her bedside manner.
Her job is to make sure that people have the correct medications and know proper dosages and interactions. But she doesn't know how to speak. She acts like a child and tries to overpower you which I got to add if you have high blood pressure, it's not something you want to do when you are trying to reach out and ask questions to your pharmacist.
She is a horrific person and CVS needs to do all their customers a favor and let this woman go to another type of business. One where she does not need to interact with humans at all. Well let me take that back because that's insulting to animals.
She just doesn't need to interact with anything.
T like the letter...
I am also going to contact corporate offices regarding this matter.

This CVS pharmacy is very rude. Nobody wants to do they job... Don't go to work if not going to actually do your job.... People be needing they medicine especially if it's life threatening....

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Takes days for rx to be filled. Try to talk to pharmacy staff & they just place you on hold indefinitely. Don’t waste your time using them.

Emily was so freakin nice and helpful!!!! I spent quite some in the store trying to find the right product for my skin. She checked on me to see if I needed any help and reminded me that I could use my rewards for a particular item. It’s so nice when someone goes that extra mile to make sure the customer is ok. I don’t see much of that these days everyone is always in such a hurry or act like they don’t want to be bothered but her kindness reminds me that there’s still a few decent people in this world. Keep up the good work Emily ❤️

Only leaving one star cause of the lady Shirley that works there. Has it not been for her I'd have called corporate on the manager that I overheard talking terribly about the same lady that that took care of me. Erin I think was that managers name. Do better Erin.

The only reason they get any star is because that's the only way I could comment here. I just had brain surgery and cannot type a lot at this time but I will be back!!!!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!!! IT'S TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!!!???

Make sure you don't go to this store when the managers are about to leave because Emily the manager that was working on this day refused to answer any questions because she was clocking out not trying to go to this store I understand they want to go home but how does a store want customers to go back if they don't have good management at least the other workers where nice meaby they should give the other workers that want to work her job some people really need to pay bills

Only reason they get a 1 is because I can't give it a zero. My pickup orders were picked up. They dont know who picked them up. This is odd because I always get id'd. Store manager refused to talk to me. This sounds like an inside job.
