I tried calling and calling and calling and no one would answer so I went to the store in person and ask if they have the product that I needed when he went to the back of the store I called the store to see why the phone was no get any attention. the phone ronged and the man went to the phone picked it up and put it back down like if nobody was calling bad for business

I would never recommend this store. Every month when me or my boyfriend go to pay our phone bill. The lady claims the system is down. Go to the cricket on Lockwood and Kelly and their systems are working perfectly fine.

I've been waiting for this store to open at 10 and the lady doesn't even get here till 1020 on top of that I've been waiting since 930 for them to open then when she finally shows up she tells me I have to wait a min so I wait just to find her helping someone else and she tells me well u have to wait till I'm finish with them . This lady is so unprofessional . The time I came before she went on a 30 min rant about her cheating husband . Whoever owns this store needs to find someone else to manage it
