Pumps are slow the manager is clueless inconsistent, the fountain machine is always out of syrup very poorly managed and ran , compared to other locations within 10 mins , I can't give a negative rating

Would not accept my card at the pump so had to go into store (for actually no reason at all as my Valero CC is good). The store staff are very depressed and very unfriendly. Would give zero stars if possible.

The new employees are friendly but the last ones had to close down around midnight for 20 minutes for a smoke break lol

The discount program doesn't work half the time. Cooperation never returns phone calls or emails. After researching, the entire company as whole has low scores in every category. From customer service , all the way to employee experience. CEO's have horrible rankings, running the company into the ground.

1st time customer with circle k , I bought a few snacks and they were all stale EVERYTHING. The aftermath I checked the expiration date they were mostly out of date . Other than that customer service was good . Hopefully for future references they can keep there stocked foods fresh and up to date !

Older black lady has a bad attitude. Acts like I'm bothering her when I go to the register. Claims that she's a manager. The other employees are friendly.

The person in front didn't have enough cash to pay for his things so he left. After I bought my can of tea she threw my change at me. Lady I didn't make you mad. Older lady with glasses and long hair. May 10th 2:30pm.

The staff are amazing 99% of the time. Which leads me to wonder why the owner of this place hates them? I cannot imagine working a full shift with the sound that is buzzing when the door opens. It’s not a “dingdong” or “bong”. The sound is the door opens and closes nonstop and is deafening. This can’t be healthy for their hearing …..and DEFINITELY not good for mental health. Employee turnover is a challenge every business faces. Owner- Do better. Be better. That sound is unnecessarily awful.
