Overall good experience. 1 bed room was a bit small but no complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is valet and the guys working valet were very nice and cute but I was too shy to talk to them

Last minute booking thru Expedia for an early morning downtown meeting. It was self check in so can’t comment on staff. Room was clean but VERY small and the AC made a funny noise all night. For the price and location, I’d probably stay there again.

I'm staying here tonight and it's fabulous. I love old timey hotels and this one is terrific. It's been totally renovated since I took part on scat parties here in the 80s. It's gorgeous. Service, 100% comfort, 200%. Club rooms are intimate and fun. Ice buckets on LL. Liquor is always on tap!! Will come back.
