I received my prescription on 11/16. Today, Dec 5th, I received a call from my dr office. They had received my request through the pharmacy for a refill. The nurse was passing along a message from the dr that I must be using too much of the product to need a refill so soon.Excuse me? I didn't request a refill. The pharmacy requested a refill without my authorization. Unfortunately, Walgreens does this too.We need laws NOW that prevents pharmacies from proactively requesting a refill that the consumer didn't want or need.

I paid for this in full to get it faster instead of waiting for them to contact my insurance. I was told I would get it Saturday (overnight) if I just paid instead of waiting. Nothing happens Saturday, so I call before they close, only to be told it wasn’t done Friday but I’ll get it Sunday. Today is Sunday and I received a text saying it’ll be Monday. Waste of time and money, when I could have waited for my insurance and got it Monday anyways. This place is a scam and I hope people read this!

This place is horrible and I do not recommend them to anybody who needs their medicine. Never called me to let me know they had my prescription to start as well they sent my prescription to the wrong address so I never received it. After several attempts to contact them and speak with a supervisor I still have no resolution and no medicine. This was sent to them weeks ago and I keep getting the run around plus they have already received payment. As a result I have suffered and had flare-ups due to not getting my prescription on time. Please avoid using this nine caring place at all cost!!!!

Bombarded with texts that prescription is ready, pharmacy is closed during business hours when I go to pick up, call on the following business day and they haven't filled my prescription. But they charged my insurance so I can't even fill the prescription at a different pharmacy.

From ordering to delivery, worst experience. I placed an order on Oct 1, the order was on hold for 11 days. However no one called to inform me, until I called. The customer service reps were rude and unhelpful, now the order is supposed to be delivered and it is still not here.
