So i was planning on giving this car dealership a 1 star rating because to the call center you have to go through. The call center is an absolute mess and needs a complete overhaul! But as far as the actual dealership in North Houston and New Braunfels they saved the review. Isaac in North Houston was an absolute blessing. He makes things happen in difficult situations. He personally gave the most outstanding customer service right before Christmas by owning the call centers complete disaster, even though he didn't have to, and then he walked everything through 100%. Isaac, thank you for being on the ground and doing so much on 12/23/23. And thank you for reaching out to the New Braunfels store and helping us with the paperwork there! Cliff was so helpful and because of you two I would be willing to purchase another vehicle. As far the call center.... Wow! They couldn't slow things down or mess things up more if they came to your house, disabled all your electronics and let the air out of your tires before you tried to leave. The call center is a 100% disaster! The company is in a bad situation if you're relying on the call center. They need direct lines to the individual offices and accountability. The individual actual automotive centers in North Houston and New Braunfels are amazing, but only because Isaac and Cliff. I would have given up and was ready to do so before Isaac stepped in and took over the process! Thank you both for a job well done!

There cars are so cheap for a reason 9/10 something is masked that you won't figure out until after the 30 days. They know what they're doing it's a business

In the beginning, the process was good! But once the deal was made, their true colors came out! First issue was they only presented me with one key, and I told him I needed to keys. It was two owners to the vehicle.. THEY REFUSE, AND GAVE ME A NUMBER TO AN OUTSIDE VENDOR TO BUY ME A SECOND KEY! Second issue ahead, there was a nail in one of the tires, and it was leaking air. I pointed it out to management and they said they would replace the tire. They could not do it that day so they gave me an IOU. A few days later someone called and told me they have a new tire for me. And that I needed to get on the schedule.. at the several attempts to get on the schedule, a young man called and told me they available time that he had, which is a week away. After arriving for my appointment time, we waited three hours for them to put the new tire on only to come out and tell us that they did not put on the new tire, but just repaired the old one. After waiting a week and a half to drive my vehicle, I felt like I should have been given the option of a new tire or repair. I was not I was only told what they were doing in that decision was final.! Service after the sale is very lacking.!

I would be careful with this place. I came in to see a 2018 chevy 1500 ltz. It was 1 owner and only 27k miles so I thought it was going to be very clean. Every piece of metal in the under carriage and engine bay was rusted very badly. Also every bit of metal in the interior was rusted too. Very odd. I brought it up and as usual they had no idea. There was dirt in every crevice in the interior as well. The roof had hail damage and the tires were chipping rubber off of them. Pretty sure they were the original 2018 stock tires. Very disappointed in my visit here and the quality they claim their vehicles are in is just super misleading. Staff is super friendly, but they are salesman - that's their job. If you're going to spend good money, i would just be cautious.

Just got my new car. Had great service but the only thing is they gave me my car with windshield tint. I for a warning from it. So now I have to come back and get it removed. I feel like this should be the first thing they do.

Please don't buy any car from here!!! I bought a 2016 Lexus NX from there on April 7,2023 I only put 500 miles on it on May 20,2023 the engine light came on and my car stopped on me after going up to Echopark to get my license plates. Echo Park gave me warranty number and so called warranty they say don't cover anything! I filed a review with the BBB.

I was told that I would be approved for two cars at EchoPark and in the end they wanted me to basically pay cash for the car. They wanted $10,000 - $15,000 down on a car that wasn't even worth that much once I drove off the lot. My salesman Lance was amazing but finance sucks and the customer service from everyone their left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be back.

We walked in tonight with a car set in mind a 2019 Silverado and our sales associate Joshua Garcia walked us the whole way through. He was very attentive and helpful, he really took his time to explain and make the whole process so quick and easy! Had such a good experience here I highly, HIGHLY recommend Joshua!

I recently purchased a car from EchoPark N Houston. That purchase was probably the WORST experience ever! If I could give them less than one star I would! The Salesman (Lance Bailey) was great, but that's where the positives ended. He shared the financing terms with me & said the dealership was preparing docs for me to sign. Well... Those docs took 4 hrs. I had to sit there in the freezing cold showroom for FOUR HOURS waiting to sign the docs! It was only when I said I was leaving that my salesman (not the finance person) brought me an IPAD type gadget for me to sign electronically. So since he was not a finance person, I had questions. I have spent the last 5 days trying to get my questions answered. No one answers phone & the Salesman even tried to interface with the finance people to get my questions answered... To no avail. This the worst service EVER!

I traded in my car at EchoPark. Overall it was a very good experience. I knew which car I wanted and let them know before arriving. I liked the no haggle pricing. I was not pressured to purchase addons which I did not want. The price of my new purchase was fair and the amount allowed for my trade in was also fair. I would like to have given a 5 star rating. However, the purchase and delivery process was extremely slow. It was a Saturday and they were busy. Nevertheless, the sales person and manager were not proactive in informing me of delays. I do like the fact that the sales person does the closing not a finance representative.

Purchased my car online & made an appointment to go pick it up. I paid cash and had an appointment and was still at the dealership for over 3 hours. I was convinced to get a $3,400 warranty after I said no 5 times. I purchased it as I was told I could easily cancel it within 30 days and I wanted to get out of the dealership. I was also told my plates would come within 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later and now they are saying my plates will take another 60 days & the warranty cancellation will take 10 weeks to refund. All of this information I had to go back into the dealer to get because they do not answer the phone or return messages-no apology for all their confusion & lack of responsiveness. I would go to another location or look for alternatives if you can, not the best experience.

My son wasted his hard earned money after saving up for his first car. We came here in July and purchased his car not even 30 days later his car started to overheat he was stranded on the road and he called to see if they could tow back to the shop to fix it since he just bought it. They flat out told him no so he had to come up out of his pocket to have the car towed back to Echopark. They had to fix the water pump and the thermostat. After the car was fixed he had it for 2 days then his transmission started to slip and it finally wouldn't go in gear to drive it home . Called back the EchoPark to tell them the problem and was treated like crap and was told its nothing they could do because it was after 30 days. Took it to a shop and now he has to come up with 5000 dollars for a new transmission!!!!! Its been barely over 2 months having the car and only made 2 payments to the finance company. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON AND THEN TREAT YOU LIKE A STEPCHILD AFTER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY. Im so angry that my son has not even gotten to enjoy his FIRST car!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

They sold me a lemon, lol. 190 point inspection is a joke. After me coming on 5x in less than a month... They literally had to take the junk back and allow me to go shop at a legitimate dealership. Also, the store manager "Hayleigh" could really use some customer service training. She was always very rude . Imagine selling a customer a lemon and being upset that the customer is upset about the inconvenience of it all.

My salesman was great. Price was great, but I've had issues since the purchased. Loved my BMW X1... Had to get the car repaired within the first 60 days. They covered. Month later persisting issues. Bracing for this bill for the repairs needed. I don't recommend, especially without a warranty or extended warranty. Purchased from the southwest location. Bandaid (repaired) at the North location. After the repair issues earlier on, they made a lot of effort to fix the situation at the time, but overall left very displeased with the quality of the vehicle & repair service. The repair is partially related to what's wrong with the car now... but since it became an issue about 3 weeks after the repair (out of the 60 day window). I'm left with the issue.
