Note to anyone wanting to visit here: don't show up unless you have an appointment. I would give 0 starts if possible. No one greeted us, even though there were three attendants walking the store. We had to go up to someone to request assistance, and were told we could go look on our own. All three attendants seemed annoyed to help us. Once someone finally agreed to help us, she gave very short, unhelpful answers to the questions we asked, and told us we could not see the "real" jewelry that was available in the back because we did not have an appointment. Terrible customer service. This should be a fun visit where the staff makes you feel welcome and excited to look for engagement/wedding bands. I would not recommend visiting this place, and I will not be purchasing from them.

Would definitely leave ZERO stars if possible. Walked in and got greeted immediately, but the associate was not helpful in what we were looking for and completely rushed us out the door. Ruined my first experience to look for engagement rings. 10/10 would not recommend. Absolutely garbage place, with zero assistance. Just left there 10 mins ago.

First time shopping here and I’m very impressed with the selection and the services. I found exactly what I was looking for and I was really happy when it was ready for pickup. The best part is that they place emphasis on ethic sourcing of their jewelry. I’ll be coming back for future purchases!

My experience was great. Abby was very polite and helpful. She was honest and was able to show me different options with clear explanations. I received my ring on time and it was beautiful. The proposal was a day to remember thanks to Abby and Brilliant Earth.

Abby was extremely helpful, and she was setting me on the perfect path during the appointment! I really appreciated her personal take on stone cut options, and I agree with everything she said. Our trip to Japan will be perfect because of the ready to ship availability on a very short time frame. Don't forget to have your valet parking validated, easy, just ask them!

I came here to the Houston Montrose location to purchase a pair (my first after 4 decades of feeling like I've finally earned the luxury) of diamond studs, and had been very excited after looking at the website and learning about all the options. My husband, who was gifting me this future purchase, even called in advance to make an appointment. We were told walk-ins were welcome and this location had a great selection. When we arrived, we were a bit confused at 1) the tepid, dare I say cold, attitude of the salesperson and 2) the limited options for diamond studs. After trying a few on, we decided to make an appointment to allow the store to bring in more stock, and the salesperson said "you can just do it online". We confusingly said "ok..."and walk out of there and will never give them our business! I'm going to find a family run business that understands the importance of relationships, customer service, and business sense!

Beautiful showroom with a lot of variety. While I didn’t find my wedding ring while I was here, our consultant, Abby, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, we were told that we would receive the ring in two weeks and over a month later we hadn’t received anything but emails pushing the delivery sate back with no explanation. Sneaky up selling, I knew exactly what I wanted when I came in but when they had me come back I was shown stones larger than what I requested. You cant speak to anyone on the phone except a third party answering agency and all the could do was offer to cancel the order or give me free gifts. Now I’m without a ring and we’re moving so we had to cancel the order.

Jordan was incredible to work with! She was friendly, insightful and not pushy at all. She truly wanted to learn about our preferences and provided suggestions based on that. We learned so much from our appointment with her. The rings were beautiful and had lots of options to choose from. We will be back for a follow up appt to see the diamonds with the settings we were most interested in.We came all the way from Katy and it was 100% worth it. For parking, the garage is under the building where Brilliant Earth was located.Thanks again Jordan! :)

I had an amazing experience at Brilliant Earth in Houston while getting an engagement ring for my fiance. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the store had a beautiful selection of high-quality diamonds. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you're looking for an engagement ring, I highly recommend checking out Brilliant Earth!

We came down to this place from Katy, a bit of a drive. Parking is a nightmare. Honestly I wouldn't drive all the way out here unless you live no more than 10 minutes away. We entered the location which is very small. The attendant was not happy to see us at all. She was annoyed the whole time we were there. It was really uncomfortable. They don't have much stock on hand so if you are planning to buy then you had better be a size 6 or no go. I would say, just print a ring measure online and measure your ring size at home and order what you' like. You'll have 30 days to return it from the day of delivery. Don't come and waste your time and be disappointed at this store. Total fail.

Abby was great, and she was very honest and informative in our appointment! I also loved that they shipped bands to their store that they normally wouldn’t have in stock but were some of my top choices. Excellent experience. Would highly recommend! Only thing that caught me off guard is that you have to find parking…we ended up parking in the garage in the building and it was $4.50/hour.
