11/24/2023This is the last time I will be coming to this store. Very poor customer service from the manager. All the ladies are super nice. But the manager is making the people go away and he has a very arrogant and aggressive attitude.#1 time I bought a couch price was $10 they chargee $250 to my card. Try to call the store but no luck after 4 days of waiting for them I call my bank and ask the to fix the charge. When I went to the store a couple days after I was treated very rudely by the manager telling me that I made a huge mess calling the bank and I should have contacted the store first when I did ?I let it pass the first time,Today black Friday 11/24/2023 85% off. I came earlier, been waiting for this deal since January bought and pay for everything but the last item was $50 and I was charged $30 that should been $7.50, call the store to let him know. He started to get angry and telling me that I got a huge deal and I should not been complaining about. That everything was correct. It was a done deal. The only reason that I was calling was to know why was the $30 charge, which I think he knew what hi was doing. After I went to all the items I found that a vase that was marked down with two different prices was $200 original and marked down to $50 and that was the issue. He typed $50 on the receipt but charged me for $200 that is how the $30 after the 85% is perfect off come out. Which I was totally ok to pay. I was just wondering why the $30 was there.First I believe it was not his business to be telling if it was a good deal or no. It was 85%off.Plus I have been coming to this place for all most 6 years and I never ask for discount until today that I saw a old stains print that pretty sure no one's was going to buy( it has been there for almost 5 months) he did some reduction to the print after he sew it which I thanks for.I did call to apologize to him for not looking at the items before calling but in my opinion he made a mistake by no type the correct amount and also I did get some of the attitude when I call him back ?I will be happy to give 5 stars to this place(because all the employees)but his attitude and poor customer service is pretty bad special handling over charges.This is my personal opinion and experience shipping at the location.

This is the BEST resale shop in Houston; maybe the whole state. It’s like a wonderful treasure hunt 5 *****!And Eloy the nice guy who runs it is one hunk of a man!

My visit was upsetting again ,the older lady talks about people who go in to lookat the clothes,she complains loudly to the others in the back ,it was an embarrassing visit and this only happens in the back after I said I was in with a voucher .i felt discriminated ,It's very sad to have to go through this after going through a crisis and losing our clothes and things as well like others you have helped, but I don't think everyone has to explain their situation,even if I tried to make conversation ,I'm told to just put my things down and than rushed .Maybe you should try rehiring or retraining ,kindness should not be hard when your there to help,or just shouldn't be there ,God bless you all

I purchased a Sterling silver necklace from them, and the Sterling silver necklace was not Sterling silver. Brand the manager refused to help me out.

Cluttered and overpriced but certain days you can get 75% off. That makes it worth the trip on a good day ..

I stopped by yesterday and was totally disappointed! The elderly ladies at the front are very helpful and nice but everything there is excessively expensive compared to any other resale shop. Thats not christian like as they portray to be. The daily discount for the day was 75% off your total which in my case a jacket priced for regular price of 200$ with the 75%off came down to 50$. No thanks!. $50 for a jacket might as well buy it new

Today was my first time going in this awesome thrift/resale shop. They had so many things to look at, and I found a couple of things that I have been looking for for years. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and prices were great! I will definitely be back several times a month to look at all the new goodies.
