It was time to upgrade my husbands phone. The associate was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in helping him choose a phone that was a good fit for him. She also changed my screen protector and now I feel like my year old phone is brand new again! We were thoroughly pleased with the quick, efficient & friendly service we received. We’ll definitely return to this location.

Do not recommend this store location. I went to reactivate my wife mobile hot spot. The first rep after taking my money said give it a few hours to activate while that didnt sound right I knew it was getting late so obliged. Called Tech support that night and was directed to go back to the store the next day. Next day I spoke to another rep that tried to say its not working because too many cell towers near by are interferring. LIES LIES - I tried it at many parts of houston. I asked for refund if he could not fix. He refused said the owner will be in the next day. DAY 3 coming back the owner is not there, and is talking to the rep then hanging up. Only offerring to refund activation fee. I called Corporate they said only that store can refund the full amount 1st month payment. I never was able to use their service but they want to keep the $50. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT ARE SALES Very unprofessional

The service is regular. I also suggest that you do not trust their cell phone recommendations. They sold me a Motorola that did not receive images, (defective system) and they offered it to me as the best of the promotional models. I returned three times because according to them, they had fixed the problem. They didn't want to change it and wanted to charge me an extra $$$, basically having to pay everything again. Find another boits store. I don't recommend this one.

Gufran was amazing!! My mom came in to get a new phone and he was so helpful. He got her the phone she wanted, activated it, put our screen protectors on. He was so nice and peaceful! Thank you sooo much. I highly recommend this Boost Mobile store!!

Boost Mobile is the absolute worst cell phone company! Especially in customer service. Based on how they treated me, they absolutely HATE their customers. Put on hold for 30min, they would come back on, say a few things, then back on hold. Whole thing was over an hour with no help and no answers and then they hung up on me. Called back with an automated system and then wanted me to start all over and then ended up hanging up on me again. So I wanted to cancel my account and they wouldn't let me without the pin which I was on hold about the day before. They refused to take any other verification even though they say they sent the pin in a text but I never received it no matter how many times they sent it. But they don't care they refused to do anything without that pin but apparently I can never get it. So screw them! They will hear from my lawyer as I will NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY and it will not go on my credit when I cancel my card because THEY refuse to cancel my account without that pin even though there is ALL kinds of other forms of verification they could do. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BOOST MOBILE!!! You will definitely regret it!
