2/14/2024, time 6:50pmI came in because I got a new sims card with boost but didn’t active. I wanted to active it after a long day of work and having no internet. I came in and the door was locked so I ring the ringer and waited and waited and waited… I saw a guy but he completely ignored me. So I waited I little bit more because I really needed to active my sims card and NOTHING. He just watched me wait and didn’t even bother to open especially around that dangerous area. Don’t want to be a Karen but not cool at all, person needs to be held responsible.

If I could, I won't give these people one star. Not only do they not care for providing service for abled bodied people they seem to take pleasure in making it inconvenient for the Elderly and disabled to receive service. Like we are bothering them when we are needing help. This store toxic

Worst experience ever!!! I literally had to wait 5 minutes pressing the ringer to enter this store. Then the guy walks out of the back with smoke all around him. Literally smoke (weed). The whole place smelled like marihuana! I wanted to buy 3 iPhones cash this place just lost all my business and I will not refer no one to this location. The dude was rude or mad because he had to stop smoking to open the door. Never again!!!

Awful! Horrible customer service and they overcharge for everything. Go to the boost down the street! They charge $15 for new sim and activation vs $35 at this location!!!! Horrible!!
