Terrible service from the worker who is there, a woman with great lack of professionalism, ethics and treating clients badly, who did not know how to do her job. I do not recommend this store to anyone. And be careful with that poorly educated worker who loses clients.

If you want to have a bad time with your phone, connection and services join boost mobile.I bought a phone online and it came to my hands after 7 days, according to them it no longer has a guarantee and they don't want to change it. The agents lie and say that they carry out operations, which is later false. I had 3 experiences like this.

I have Boost for a year to long. I picked Boost as I have no car and it was close. One time I tried to get on line and I found out they suspended my account for using too much mobile data. I had to open a new account and so that meant new Sim card and new phone number and more money. I was late with a payment and payed it late. Since then it keeps not recognizing my Sim card. I went to boost and was told by the manager that it was the phone as it must of been in a liquid (which it hadn't. He said it was "sticky". He could not get the Sim card out and said besides that there system was down and coul not do any thing. A friend got the card out and it was moist so he dried out and it worked. But all week it would go out and we take it and ir worked for a little while. Gave it 4 days went back and yes the system was STILL down! He then said it was the phone not the card6 and tried to sell me a new one. He also said he and my friend opened and it was all sticky inside. Never happened! So I am looking for new carrier. Also I have other friends who have trouble with Boost in general.

I highly recommend this store and location and mostly - the employee - Jose - who help'd me Bigtime ! Im a modern day cell phone tad slower on how they work or what to do to even get started yet - Josde was so kind, so understanding, and even called and dug deep to get me my month not used added to my new account and didnt take no for a answer and ended up getting me the month switched over with his - Extra care for his customer and his EXCEEDINGLY UNREAL GREAT WORK AND SERVICE 2ND TO NONE JOSES ALL ! Hes so good as was his area mgr i also met of careing for there clients and customers ! Jose definately should be moved very high up in this company , and his futures bright - Ive also loved bosst mobile from the first years it ever opened ill old old customer of theres too - Thanks Tons Jose your the best - Keith

I tried to Boost some phones from here, and now I'm not very Mobile, what with being sent up river and all (though technically that only applies in NY state and this is TX). This is a little cell phone store that has good cheap accessories, and can get you a cell phone for less money if you're in the low rent multi ethnic area where it's located, which in this case is Westchase, but the main problem with it is that there are - as usual - hidden costs and whatnot, so we personally only use stores like this for accessories - if even that.
