Came in Saturday with my husband. We made a payment and was charged but the representative did not apply my payment the account. Service has been suspended and we do not live near this location. I have tried calling them several times to avoid the drive. Boost Customer service does not have the same system as the stores, and this location is the only one that can fix this issue. This is a huge inconvenience !! I have called over 30 times.

This is my second time at the store and the experience was great! There was 2 young men at the store and they were very helpful and knowledgeable, they helped me and my mom transfer all our info to our new phones. I've been to other boost store and the service is not so good as them. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went to store at 3:45 and there was a note on door, back in 30 minutes. Still sitting in parking lot at 4:25, store was still locked up. Went back to store at 6:20 and walked into store. Lone female employee on on the phone, so we stood there for a minute without being acknowledge only to be told that the network was done and she could only accept cash. Worse customer service I have ever encountered and will not return.
