We spent $2,000 for their 10 pallets. Plus 9 hours drive to the warehouse. so much trash and junk. All the pallets got vacuumed cleaner and all of them is horrible conditions. It’s look like they have been used for 10 years then. They all broke, missing a pieces. They put so many (used) screws in the boxes and pack them in the pallets so you couldn’t see what’s in there.They are just like scam to me. My lost that I paid cash otherwise I would be trying to get my money back through the bank.I’m surprised they are still running the business. Hopefully you all have to shut down you all business soon.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.I have never experienced so much disrespect and unprofessionalism from an establishment. Especially from their “owner”, Benjamin. If you want cheap furniture and to feel like you’re being robbed of your money then shop here! I paid full price for a bedroom set on November 4th and was guaranteed delivery on November 15th at 6pm. On November 15th, I receive no phone call/text/or email confirmation about my delivery. I had to call the warehouse multiple times and no one had any clue what I was talking about. They refused to let me talk to Benjamin who sold me the set, instead they gave me a delivery guys phone number who flat out told me he had no clue what delivery I was talking about. I call back the warehouse and make them aware and they say they’ll call me back with answers. I never receive a call back. I had to call them back repeatedly for an update as it was now 8:00pm. They say they’ll deliver my items Thursday at 6:00 pm. Thursday comes and still no confirmation that I will even get my items that day. I start calling the warehouse at 5:00 pm to get confirmation and now they are avoiding my calls. I call for over an hour and no one answers. Thankfully I had the delivery drivers number and he gives me Benjamin’s personal number. He seemed shocked I called him on his personal cell phone. I also had to show up at the warehouse in person to get a response as to why they’re avoiding my calls. It’s 6:45pm now, and still no delivery at my home again. They never had any intentions of delivering my items and I fully believe if I hadn’t of gotten his personal phone number or shown up at the warehouse to get answers they would’ve continued to avoid my calls and concerns. They made up so many lies and excuses for why they didn’t deliver. Claiming they were behind and had to force their delivery driver to stop mid delivery for someone else to be in route to deliver my items. Untrue. They had to look for and pay a random man (that isn’t an employee and has never made any deliveries for this company before– I know this because he told me at my house) who was just looking for work to do this LAST MINUTE delivery at 7:00 pm now for me because I was so upset and not leaving until I know I’m getting my stuff. Like I said, they had no intentions of delivering my items. Thankfully this man takes the last minute job and delivers my items at 8:00pm.. but to no surprise, items are missing. So now I have a bed set that cannot be built. Friday, I had to take time off from my job to receive the rest of my missing items. After days of inconvenience, all I received for compensation was $75 for the “delivery fee”. Horrible experience with this company. I hope this review helps anyone avoid the feeling of being scammed.

Everything is everywhere, kind of frustrating if your coming in looking for something specific, it would be hard to find. Also all the prices are about retail or the same as Amazon so not worth it.

I would say 3.5 stars. You can find some pieces for great prices, but there are a lot of items that are close to/are retail prices which I'm surprised for a liquidation store. Overall the store was clean, great air flow, great music, great amount of inventory for small side tables and different lighting fixtures. Just the fact a lot of items were so close to retail that you can buy some of these items on Amazon and have the peace of mind to return versus final sale at this liquidation store.

The owner of this place is a nice guy but the managing staff is one of the worst. I have spent several thousand dollars and that is never appreciated my the management. Every time I go there, their key phrase is that i got some great deals and NO MORE. I was surprised to hear that specially when you are a customer and shop there.When you enter the shop, you will see the sign saying 50 % off of retail stores plus 15% extra off(see pic below). What a lie! The prices are seldom 15-20 % off plus when you talk to them about the prices, they will first go online to check their own F..... prices that they have listed and then argue with you that their prices is 100 or 50 dollars less than the retail stores. A few months ago, i asked them about one of their TVs. It was 150 less but when you check online, be honest you can find deals exactly the same price plus the warrantee. The TV that i saw was 200 cheaper but with no warranty but COSTCO OFFERS 5 years warrantee but the sales management are uneducated clueless idiots. The worst of all that when you start to talk to them about a product, a gang of store staff will circle around you and start debating the price PLUS they will talk to each other in some space language which is one of the worst thing that you can do when talking to a customer.Last month, i was trying to buy a kitchen equipment. One sales person offered me 20% off but the gang circled around and started arguing with each other about the price. I turned around and left and told my brother that we will never come to this place again. Its a mess.As i mentioned before, the owner is a great guy and the store can do alot better if the clueless sales people are either fired and trained better

This was a huge disappointment! Both their pictures and Facebook page is completely false advertising. They didn't have any of the things that were shown and we drove 45 minutes.

This place is cheap for a reason you might get lucky and buy something that is going to last you. They give a warranty for only 7 days. They swear it's new I asked multiple times bc I know there has to be a Used and a New items but I specifically ask about the item I was buying and the lady in the front guaranteed that it was new that no one has had an issue but that's a lie. I bought a water dispenser and it was leaking as soon is I came home I was like wtf but I was thinking oh maybe I'm tripping and it was the bottle of water and it might have spilled idk but then I went an called them but since I live far I didn't have time to go back and now after 3 weeks it's leaking smh. So my advice buy a new one at the store and I only mean in "appliances " all the other stuff look okay
