I came in to have a display replaced but the attendant there guided me to get it replaced through manufacturer.

My boyfriend dropped his iPhone 11 pro max facedown and half his screen was white/black glitching, got worst by the minute. It was already 9pm so all the repair stores were closed. I decided to message BE wireless, they were quick to respond with an affordable quote and appointment for the the next morning!! It took less than an hour for them to fix my the phone. Highly recommended BE wireless!!!

I had broken the phone screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, i brought it in for repairs and had it back within the day, not only that they were super responsive to my messages with a rapid response time. Very knowledgeable in their craft and very affordable. Happy to find this place, I'm bringing all of my electronic repair needs to this business!

Nothing less than a 5/5 for this business. I sent Yelp a request for a quote at 10 pm yesterday and literally 5 minutes later, Robert replied with an estimation for the repair. Even when I told him extra information (my LCD screen was also broken), he modified the quote immediately which was accurate for the actual repair as well. Definitely go here first if you treasure your old phone and want to preserve it before trading in for a new one. The other phone repair businesses only replied to my request through Yelp the next day and their speed of response was nowhere near the level of BE wireless. The price provided by these other businesses were also around $10-20 more expensive than BE wireless' price.I also had a very pleasant experience at the shop with Ken, the front man, who was very humorous. I was actually 15 mins late and one customer got in line before me. Nevertheless, Ken promised my repair will be done in one hour still, and he kept his words.The repair was also spotless. My phone glass and LCD screen were smashed from falling onto the pavement. After the repair, to amateur eyes like mine, my phone is as good as new. Highly recommend you come here for your phone need! I saw people change their battery here as well!

I recommend this place. They were able to fix my Apple Watch for half the price the Apple store would have charged me. They were always straightforward and clear with the options and possibilities. Called me with diagnostic when they said they would and got my device ready in the timeframe provided. I am satisfied with their service. My device is back working like new. Thank you!
