This store used to be my go to until everyone left and they got new workers. Some kid with a beard told me my battery was “corrupted”(the word was corroded) and then when he tested it he said it needed to be recharged and “reset” . The word was right in front of him and it said re test. Miss all the old workers the new ones are incompetent.

I love this location, Edward was really rude on the phone call and I ask was he new because he had bad customer service attitude, he said it's because we're busy, and I told him I a customer also trying to some auto parts. This you man needs a better attitude dealing with customers.

Rosie and Alyssa are my heroes! I brought my car to them with a dead battery that ultimately needed to be replaced. They both tried to jump my car with no success and then proceeded to go above and beyond by installing a brand new battery in my vehicle which was easier said than done as it was difficult to access just by popping the hood. Rosie expertly installed the battery and got me on my way as quickly as possible. I am SO grateful! Thank you ladies!

You have to save your assets, take photos and save it because I went for my compressor under warranty and it just didn't show up. I'll have to try another store and they forced me to pay more than 400 again.

This store is weird. Some have no knowledge of their products, car parts and etc.
they all look depressed in that store. At least play some music through the store for the customers or the employees to get them moving and in a good mood & not be awkward.
John Flores the DM. You need to do better and live a little. Stop taking your job so serious making your employees miserable while you’re always on “vacation”.

This location always has the nicest employees who are willing to help you figure out exactly what you need. I know when I visit this location I will get excellent service and aid changing parts out under the hood if I need!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star…but went to this location a few days ago, normally am helped by James…he always gave me the highest priority and the best customer service. Haven’t seen him recently and now I get the worst customer service EVER. Definitely don’t recommend this location anymore. Smh DO BETTER!!!
