My ID is legitimate and has never been turned down anywhere except here. I’m treated like a criminal every time I try to buy anything from here now. I’m doing everything I can to make sure higher ups know how bad this store location is. Do not go hear go to chell up the road or any of the dozens of gas stations on ford road do not come here for anything. The workers need to be re trained or re hired and management definitely needs to go and be replaced. They sold me a product that was broken hours after trying to use it.

The manager at this location tried to extort my daughter for money. He did not see her stealing anything, nor did he have proof on camera of her stealing, anything, but told her that if she did not pay him in two days daddy, he was going to have her arrested.

- 1 StarNo Hot Coffee available.I routinely stop here, most of the time there is hot coffee.But not tonight, and from my understanding they quit making coffee over night.Well. I buy all my gas here and used to stop for hot coffee.Looks like I'll go back to speedy stop.

Hardly anything stocked always a mess. last time I went in the employee and his underage (looked 16) friend were vaping in the store while selling kids drinks and candy. I was excited to have one near by but have disappointed in how they run their business. People should be fired from this location.....

Got Gas, a slice of pizza, and a slurpee. Slurpee machines were all working, which is rare for a 7-11.

This is the closest location to us and we come here for the cheap drinks, but on our third visit barely anything was stocked in the drink station. Napkin dispenser empty, floors dirty, ran out of certain cup sizes and lids. The coffee machine sometimes doesn’t work. It’s a shame because the cashiers that work here are very friendly plus the price of the drinks are affordable and convenient in the heat. I forgot to mention the outside parking area was dirty. Trash everywhere.

Oh my gosh!! Sweetest ladies helped us out at the cash registration, so shout out to the staff who work there!! Restrooms were well kept and clean. Definitely coming back!!

Stopped in to get ice for the office. The doors were locked. The lady behind the counter asked for 5 more minutes before opening the doors; it looked like she might have been counting register's cash. We sat in our vehicle and gave her another 15 minutes before trying again. The doors were still locked with the clerk still standing behind the counter except this time she would not make eye contact acknowledge anyone. A simple apology, or at least a courteous acknowledgement and explanation so that we weren't wasting company time waiting in her, would have been greatly appreciated. Not a very good impression for a first visit at this location.

We are frequent shoppers at this location and we have never had a bad experience. The gentleman with the mullet is our fave and the lady is always so nice!!

Went to this location just now. The floor was covered in coffee, slurpee and coke residue. There was a caution sign sitting in the middle of the mess instead of someone cleaning it up. None of the sodas worked. Three employees were sitting behind the register doing nothing but talking and playing on their phones. How sad to see this brand new place go downhill so quickly.
