Dirty nasty store. Corporate needs to get this store cleaned up and better managed. No working bathroom. Trash everywhere. Store smells terrible. Very rude staff. Homeless out front begging for money. Absolutely disgusting place of business. Health inspectors need to go see this place.

This place is so poorly run I’m a service manager at a Dealership around the corner sometimes I have to stop and get a little gas for drive cycles so I go in there one of the girls is eating at the counter visible the male clerk is talking to his friend and holding up the line not doing his job im a transplant from Oklahoma been a 7 11 customer for 25 years they run their stores very well up there im sorry to say I won’t be back to 711. Sorry

They need to shut this place down. This place is so unprofessional and poorly managed. Waited in line 15 mins because they were talking and gossiping about customers and crackheads. Just sad.

Wow! Where do I start, young lady in there,her name was Jay. She's always complaining about her previous job which was Dollar general. She have the defamed those people's characters and trust she will do the same to this company too but,to continue to talk about those people that's just less than 5 minutes of a walk from where she is now. Trust someone is letting them know what she saying. She should have some professionalism about herself. And then her girlfriend is always in the store talking to her as if she runs/controls her. Keep whatever's going on in your personal life,away from your job it's not a good look for her or the store. As a customer you don't want to keep hear complaining about a previous situation that she's not even in. Not sure if a background check was actually done on this young lady but,maybe it should be you might find out something you NEED to know.(Seriously)Defamation of someone's character is a serious charge, she's looking at borderline harassment,almost all the customer she complains to go back and tell those people what she's saying,some have even recorded her.

I live near this 7-11 and if I had a car I would never step foot in there unless they will pay me to help lower the prices and keep it clean. I've never heard cashier's say so much... We don't have anymore????No lids on a daily, no cups to fit the lids that they do have, spoiled coffee creamer, the WHOLE ENTIRE FREEZER INCLUDING ICE CREAM IS BAD, my breakfast sandwich was molded on both breads, the cheese, sausage and bacon, and the worse was when the card reader didn't work for almost 2 weeks. I fell on hard times and landed where I am so I'm not one of the addicts the store manager pours water on when he wants to belittle people. I just have to use this store by convenience so there is no reason to charge anyone in this area the prices they do. They know they are sitting in a income restricted neighborhood and not in the Woodlands. Charged that baby $1.70 for a pack of noodles (sticker price) just sad. They do that so they can get the taxes on the food that they have to take off due to customers using food stamps.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted of a corner store in my life!!!!! They had a lady in there opening and closing everything she touched all her cigarettes on the ice cream freezer. To top it off they had no gas. No sign no nothing just plain dirty store someone needs to seriously take control ??
