“I walked in to this location today. For something as simple as getting forms printed. The Beautiful Angel behind the desk working goes above and beyond. I was having a horrible day. She made it so much better. She has a calming beautiful aura. I felt peace after having anxiety for days. It's like she knew. She asked if I was ok. That moment I was. Bless her. I wish I'd have gotten her name.”

“Had awesome customer service experiences at this Post Office! Angel has always been helpful to me. Started coming to this post office because of the great customer service and because at the George Dieter location they would allow me to pay super expensive to mail overseas while, as soon as I got to the Joes Battle location, Angel told me there was a way cheaper way to do my mailing!
They’ve been always considerate and helpful.”

“So I was told that they don't do passports here anymore. The worker said the website has not been updated but that's not on them. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of who helped us but she said that if we had all of the necessary items that she can still submit the passport for us. We didn't have the photo so we drove to a pharmacy, got the photo, went to a different post office that was closer, and they said that they couldn't submit the passport even though we had everything. So Clint could and they couldn't ?? I believe the second one was Joe Battle but not sure. We drove back to Clint and the woman held her word and submitted the passport for us (:. It was very quick and I got my passport within 3 weeks (:. Thank you!”

“So far so good few issues at the begining when I began my small bussiness. I used usps basically weekly basis to drop off packages, envelopes, pick up packages, used a lot parcel locker and receive numerous packages also in weekly basis and I have not problem just as i mention at the begining the parcel lockers would not open but no longer has that issue. Everything has run smoothlly for 2 years. The only thing is the long lines sometimes not all the time. THE WORstis when PEOPLE GO AT THe SAME day & HOUR ?IS every Monday and after a holiday those are the worst times to go. So I simply avoid those days and morning hours but usually are people that chage address constantly or loss keys or they do not know how to track systetems or do changes properly those are the time consuming in lines??‍♀️”

“This review is based on my experience of purchasing a new home. I made a stop at the USPS location on George Dieter, I arrived at 8:30am and there was a line for the keys section. There was one man working the line and it seems he has a helper in the back. I waited in line for 1 hour and when I approached the window I explained that I purchased a new home and needed keys. I then filled out a white envelope that requested the keys, where I wrote my new address. The gentleman at the window said it would take about 1-2 weeks and I would be expecting a call when they are ready. One week later I received a call from an employee at this location by the name of Nancy, she explained to me that they could not find my address. I explained to Nancy that my home is a new construction and I’m the first on that block, there was a miscommunication on where my home is due to there being another street by the same name but in a different area code. Nancy then asked me to send her my exact location through a pin on Apple Map so she can follow up with a supervisor. Nancy followed up with me and told me that my keys would then take up to three months to get, and all packages will be held at the post office. I was expecting a package and when I checked the tracking number it stated “No Such Address.” I was then advised to visit the post office to speak to a supervisor. Today, I just left the postal office and explained my issue with my address. The supervisor said that they do not see my address on the map and there would be some issues getting my packages and they would hold my packages there at the facility. I am hoping there are able to save my mail due to my new ID card getting mailed to my new address.

Overall, my experience has been a headache but Nancy has been very helpful throughout the process. Without her help I don’t think I would have gotten some answers for my issue. I appreciate you going above and beyond for myself and other community members Nancy! Thank you.”
