Noone in store went to counter waited both ladies working on food prep mopping. When they did come to counter & ask for pen to mark ticket ,& had one to cash in. She shewed me aside & laid my ticket to cash aside & said she had customers coming in. I said I know noone likes lotto customers no money made. She said she had customersThey wanted food I guess group came in & she went to dish it out. Meanwhile while waiting other girl stopped mopping open register. She struggled some with trans & other lady now done came over & finished me. No thank you or welcome in bad customer service,!!This was @ the Food Mart on hwy 22 300 hillsboro tx.

This station is listed as an authorized representative for Chime, Varo and PayPal debit cards and I used to be able to load my cards at this location for months. However, the last 3 times I or my Co worker tried to load cards, we were told only management could do that from now on since he did not know how to do perform that type of transaction. Even though he was on the phone with management who was attempting to walk him through it when he refused and told the manager "I don't know how to do it and never have done it so she will just have to come back when your here". What?? I contacted the card company and am awaiting a response since they are clearly advertised and listed on the app and the website as one of the locations to load or withdraw monies from when using those cards. Why isn't management training their employees to perform this function, especially since they can charge up to $5.95 per transaction?!? Profits have just turned into losses and customer service is now a choiceinstead of an obligation.

Stopped to get gas. It is an ok place. The customer service was mediocre. No greetings in or out, no smiles, but not rude nor dismissive. So give this place a 2, because the restroom was clean. That most definitely counts for something.

Stopped to get gas. It is an ok place. The customer service was mediocre. No greetings in or out, no smiles, but not rude nor dismissive. So give this place a 2, because the restroom was clean. That most definitely counts for something.

This Valero is not closed. I make it my rest stop each time I travel to Austin. They have very friendly staff, clean restroom and a good variety of snacks.

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 3: 64/100 The gas tank was on the verge of a *DING!* so to ensure we averted any kind of delays on our drive heading south, we decided to stop for fuel at this joint. Hubbers, at the same time, needed some sustenance as it was way past noon and he hadn't had anything to eat yet. Once the tank got filled, I went in to join him just because I was curious about what he got to grub. He got a couple bags of beef jerky and a dog with chili, cheese, onions, mustard. I found it noteworthy that they had chili. It just didn't look like the type to have it, so it was a nice surprise. I didn't stay inside too long, though. I noticed the cashiers were giving me creepy looks. (Yeah, I know. Maybe it's just me. Or maybe they can tell I wasn't from there. Regardless...) Might just wait to get to Slovacek's next time...
