Even though I was not qualified for the property at this time the manager was kind in helping me to understand the process and why. The property is beautiful and I can not wait to reapply at a later date.

This is a wonderful community! Very clean and quiet place to call home. The maintenance is quick to fix issues that arise and the manager treats you like family. If you're looking for a beautiful place to relocate, The Rosemont of Hillsboro is the perfect place to hang your hat!!!

Mary the manager in the office is awesome! She's alway's has the answers to your question and if she doesn't she will find out for you and get back with you. I love living here and the people that are living here are very welcoming.Mary always makes sure everybody that lives here are happy and things are taking care of when you have a problem or any issues she'll get right on it. Thanks Mary for being an awesome and amazing apartment manager.

Rosemont of Hillsboro is a pleasant place to live. The property manager (Mary Farmer) and the maintenance man (Gerald) work hard to service all residents at a timely manner here. It is a multi-family property which makes it a friendly place to love and raise kids.Most of all the staff always works urgently to fulfill their tenants request.

I have lived here one year and enjoy the calm quit neighborhood. The staff is resourceful and gets the job done. It is a secure location and low crime rate, walking distance to store and food.

I made a visit without an appointment on purpose so that I could truly see how the property ran. First of all the manager Ms. Mary, knows her stuff! As I waited, I witnessed how she interacted with a tenant. All I can say is WOW!! She was very professional and it is obvious she cares about those living there. Our walk around the property and in viewing the unit was impressive! I found the unit shown to be well maintained and clean as well as the outside grounds to be well kept. You can definitely tell that all the employees take pride in their work there. The few tenants there were out and about the complex looked to be happy and I felt the family atmosphere with our visit. I can see our little family fitting right in with the community there. Thank you Ms. Mary for being so patient with us and having the right answers to all of our questions!!

Rosemont Apartments in Hillsboro is a great place to live I have meet great people living here and the manager Mrs. Mary is a great at helping you with the paperwork, I missed her for the short time she was gone don't know if she's back but great to see her and I know there's many more. I've been living here for 3 years and just renewed my lease, it's been safe here and haven't had any problems with anyone great place for a family to live.
