Professional communication and the garage looks well kept.
Pricing is high. Four ball joints and a tie rod end replacement, $3,000+. I can buy the parts for ~$600, so they want $2,400 in labor. Doesn’t make sense.

Mike, Russel, and the entire crew are the brothers you CHOOSE not merely the ones you were born with. Did the work I needed at a fair price, did it right the first time, and found a separate issue for me before it got worse. I have found the shop I will be working from now on.

My Ford super duty 2011 started backfiring on me last night I had to wait here in Hillsborough Tx from mechanic to open up the one I found was Hill County Auto Care these guys are awesome they got it to work can't thank them enough other mechanics tell me the couldn't get it in this weekend or this week to work on but these guys didn't come up with no excuse they took it in the truck they got it working man I recommend these guys if you ever break down around here or I need a great mechanic just come in give him five stars ?
