“I JUST completed a review stating that I never give 5 stars! Oh well! I have to on this one. I SWORE I would not forget the man's name who assisted me on the phone! But I have forgotten it. Cross Country trip CA - OH and MI and back. Flat tire ON A SUNDAY! On July 4th! WTWHAAAT?! Town "closed" whole town closed. Got on the phone with Geico who got on the phone with Tireworks and they JAMMED. Professional, polite and "fast" under the circumstances. They had ONE TIRE - ONE! In my size and could order one the next day. Fortunately we got the ONE and the young man who assisted was AMAZING. Polite, Professional and FAST! We were going to lose 1.5 days on a 4 day deadline. Yeah. NOT CUTE. They said it would take awhile since they were 35? 45 minutes away? They were there and DONE in under an hour. I cannot say how much I appreciate their professionalism and expedience. I was on the phone with GEICO for 35 minutes while she called and called and called until she got the guy whose name I said I would not forget - BIG WHEW! “Went to dealership for normal oil change, turns out last oil change place had striped the head on the drain plug. Dealership was charging $ 1,000 because they had to change the whole oil pan.Dropped it off at MMS and got the sripped drain plug out + a oil change in less than 2 hrs!
