“The reason I gave this Home Depot 4 out of 5 stars is because they lose the star for having their staff asked me about my t-shirt. I guess the staff member didn't like a heavy metal t-shirt because they were wearing a crucifix asking me what's up with my t-shirt and said that they didn't like it because it looked like it was devil worship. I would suggest that the staff keep their opinions to themselves and just make my keys whenever I ask them to.”

Otis, the manager, took his valuable time and spent 45 minutes contacting the manufacturer for me and got an appointment made for someone from the manufacturer to come to my house to address my problem. His patience was admirable and his desire to help commendable. I only wish every employee was as caring. Thank you, Otis.”
