manager was scolding me just because i'm a teen and wanted to return lashes.. like what the fuck ? the lashes were 15$ but look 4$ at best lmao. Not to mention the price tag was very very small and nowhere around the lash area. The worker was acting stupid as hell saying "i don't know if she wants her money back or what" like obviously i do, why would i come back here with a receipt in my hand. Shitty and not even real minx, don't know why it was so hard for them to just give me 15$ back. definitely their monthly paycheck

I only go here if Sally’s doesn’t have what I need or if I can’t wait for Amazon. Its a horrible experience to be followed around the entire time. They make you feel like a criminal and like you’re being rushed. Definitely not a good experience. Oh and btw any good reviews you see here are probably from the employees themselves js.
