I have had nothing but positive things to say about Lenk. Excellent communication with Ricki and I never worry about freight that is booked with him. Any issues or problems get escalated and resolved quickly. Definitely a broker worth trying out

Not only do they not answer the phone when you book a load with them. They send you to the wrong address and promise layover. I don't know what kind of crooks they have working for them but Jose has the number blocked and will not answer after he said that he just isn't going to pay the load. It has been 2 weeks and it has been a complete run around. I spoke to accounts payable and they said they are waiting on the customer. I am starting to believe that we are not gonna get paid.
