Today has been a hectic day for me getting everything in order for my knee surgery tomorrow and I’ve had trouble at every turn today getting the information I needed from my workman’s comp claim. I couldn’t get any information from any Dr’s office I’ve been to help me get the group numbers I needed to fill my prescriptions. It was just all running in circles. Within 10 minutes at HEB the team there at the drop off side got everything I needed and got me squared away. I’m extremely grateful and impressed with their service!

The reason they are getting 1 star overall ks because there's not a way of giving them 0.
Why would you have a phone and not answer it? You have so much business, why can't you hire more people? On Monday, I'm going to get to the bottom of this, and put a signature on this, this will change.
I'm contacting corporate and going to make them aware of this situation.
So understaffed.
Where are the managers?
Can't talk bad about employees working there, they do what they can and this review doesn't have nothing to do with them or their service at all, but with management making sure the right amount employees are scheduled to handle traffic In drive thru, Inside, and someone to answer the phone.
How about having the decency of answering and saying, we will be right with you?
How hard can that be??

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The wait for service whether through the drive through or inside the store is a problem. The lines are crazy long and although the staff tries their best to be expeditious, there are just to many prescriptions and people and the pharmacy is just to short staffed

Never has medication on time. Call and speak to different pharmacy techs and they all state something different as to why medication isn’t filled. Or no answers at all. Do not recommend.

I always come here for my medication. They are always so friendly but today I had a bad experience. I understand sometimes work can be stressful but doesn't mean you have to be rude.First rude experience here with Alicia tech during the drive thru.

HEB is where I do most of my grocery shopping, fresh vegetables and meats. The pharmacy is where I get medicine for my family helpful and courteous staff.

I am so tired of going to the H.E.B on lincoln and expressway 83 they dont let you shop just following you like you are going to steal.Its so annoying and so obvious it really makes me angry how dumb they look and make you feel so uncomfortable. Thimbs down big time and this has gone on for a long time i am not returning to that location it really sucks they dont give you ur space.
