Horrible, I brought a 3/4 blk coat to be cleaned it had fur all over it. 2 days later I go pick it up 14.06$ the coat looks the same..never again

Needed my gown hemmed when to put in my car and noticed white marker all over the bottom. she told me come back tomorrow and pick it up. can not believe she new it was there and let me pay take the gown like that . You can not count on good reviews. I won ever go back to a Asian Again!!!!!

Had to get my ASU cleaned for a last minute board. Called at almost 7 and they waited for me to show up. Picked up my stuff the next day and it was perfect. Will for sure be coming back as long as I am stationed here!

They damaged a fairly expensive suit, and didn’t tell me about it. I caught the broken buttons two days later when I went to an interview.This may have been a one-off, but any other time I’ve had issues with a garment at a dry cleaner, they have been the one to bring it to my attention. Seems a problem with their quality assurance.

I'm never coming back to this cleaners ever again... My favorite pair of black slacks they put them in the washer machine and starched them now they're damaged... My dress shirts have burnt marks on them.... The manager is never there... I could go on and on...

Just spoke with the owner on why she wouldn't accept my debit card as payment and she gave me a big spill on how she has to pay when the amount is under $10. There's a sign in front of the register that states, "Amounts under $10 we charge $0.75 fee." That's no problem, I'm willing to pay it, but she refused my debit card and I had to go get cash and come back. When I told her that it shouldn't be advertised on the door, and I probably won't be back, she said, "that's ok. We don't need you." Yeah, don't waste your time here.
