Elite Cleaners provided excellent customer service and exceptional dry cleaning turn around time. They took the time to input my personal information in their computer system, providing exact pricing for each garment which was fairly priced to include a sewing detail added to a garment. The personnel are respectful and seem to run an ethical business. I would highly recommend ELITE CLEANERS in the Harker Heights area.
I have experienced poor ethics and lack of professionalism from other cleaners in the area, such as handwritten dry cleaning slips and no pricing provided from HEIGHTS CLEANERS.

By far the fastest and best priced in the area. I dropped off 3 weeks worth of button-ups that needed to be washed and pressed. She got it done in 48 hours for $50.Services: Alterations

PROS:Always get a text when items are ready, and it's often earlier than quotedPrices are less expensive than other area cleanersItems are pressed nice and look sharpCON:Almost too well pressed. Used to be pretty quality work, but three of the last four visits I've gotten a garmet back with a broken or very scuffed up button.The first time I figured was just a fluke, and the second it was an older shirt, so I thought maybe it was time for the button to go, but the last time was a shirt and a pair of pants that were both brand new...I wore them both just once before taking them in to be cleaned. And the pant button was broken in half, and a shirt button was charred.It's a shame too because this has been the most reliable cleaner around until recently.

I normally take my alterations or uniform dry cleanings to Elite Cleaners and they are pleasant to work with. I recently had an issue with a high quality suit that I had dry cleaned with them, although it was a frustrating experience, the owner was very professional and she worked with me to resolve the issue. I would recommend this place for customer service and will keep using them for my alterations and uniform dry cleanings.Service: Alterations

I normally take my alterations or uniform dry cleanings to Elite Cleaners and they are pleasant to work with. Just make sure you know what material of suit you take to them, as higher end stuff can be iffy. I would recommend this place for their customer service and will keep using them for my alterations and uniform dry cleanings.

I’ve been going to this place for the past six months the lady who works at the front desk goes above and beyond she has great customer service. Furthermore my uniform has never been late for pick up.

I have been using this establishment for all my Dry Cleaning needs for over 5 years. They always have the laundry ready by the time specified and often are early. The person taking my clothes even went thru and marked soiled spots that may need special attention. Unlike other cleaners, I have not had a problem with double creases from here.
