I have never been disappointed with the service at Discount Tire of Harker Heights. I had a tire going low, took it in, they repaired it, no charge. A few days later, my tire pressure monitoring light came on. Took the car in to have them replace a sensor. Once again, Joshua promptly greeted me, I explained the problem, he checked the system. Within minutes, he was back to explain the problem. Only needed resetting, problem fixed. Again, no charge. This is the BEST place to buy tires. Highly recommended! Thanks Discount Tire.
Update :
7 years later, and I still receive the best service ever. Some of the faces have changed, but the quality of service hasn’t. I know for sure that I’ve purchased at least 3 different sets of tires for each of the cars I’ve had. Never had a complaint. The people there are true professionals.

Fastest tire service i’ve ever had in my life! Ranse and his team promised they would have me out in 30-45 minutes. I think I waited like 20-25 minutes. Thank you Ranse and your team. Not to mention he gave me a deal on some tires! Now that's how you conduct business!!

Great store, friendly staff. I had an issue with high speed tire vibration. They took my car in, checked and corrected the tire balances, which eliminated the vibration. I have bought new tires from this store and they take good care of their customers.

Went there a few years ago when I had a nail in my tire. They said they could do it, but ended up destroying the tire and I needed a new one.
Went there last week. This time I was just replacing the tire (had warranty) so I went back to get my tire replaced for free. Well they destroyed my lug nuts. Claimed they were just so old and it happens a lot.
I had taken then off and back on my spare tire less then 12 hours before.
Don't go here they'll damage your items either out of ignorance or for more money.

I have always had great customer service. The guys at the tire check are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Today, I was lucky to have Mr. Gabe check my tires. Thank you for always having a great staff.
