The service and PERSONNEL were GREAT!!!!
BUT will not return because the Brake Check company will not allow you to pay in cash anymore. It’s all cashless. So to show my discontent I personally will no longer use Brake Check for any service.

Neighborhood shop Nice and helpful. We never had any issues or problems last 5 years. The only downside is people keep changing every day. I would recommend this shop for breaks and basic work.

I had one of the worse experience with the manager there, today, makes me wonder how many other times this manager did this, I will be contacting corporate SMH! Never received a call from Jonathan the Manager as promised when I called the San Antonio number that I was asked to call about my issue. I think they tell you what you want to hear over the telephone, but do not really follow up.

James over at harker heights got me in and got me out quickly never trying to sell me anything I did not need , which I appreciate and from our conversation he revealed that he's worked at Brake Check 10 years now and loves this company and the people who run it and showed a deep appreciation for having a career he comes to that is not boring, bitter, back biting, but one build on taking care of each other like family ...building each other up, sacrificing, and ca ring about the next person more than yourself. I said WOW man if you love what you do so much your really never "coming to work" at all huh? He said my point exactly! When I leave home I just feel like I going to my other home and we do our best to pass on these experiences to everyone who comes through that door. I was highly impressed with this man's level of maturity and insight that it makes me never want to go anywhere else ever again. Thanks James for not only doing it right when no one's looking but honoring the Pevetos vision. Good job sir may many blessings come your way and you never give up the energy you expel to your customers. I can't speak for everyone but I do appreciate your values, be well my friend best of every situation being in your favor. For those who love to read reviews before you go to the establishment..
I highly recommend going NO WHERE ELSE BUT A BRAKE CHECK LOCATION!! Preferably in harker heights so you get where I'm truly coming from...blessings

I get my services done at the Harker Heights location and I absolutely love the service. Due to my work schedule I get off close their closing time but that means nothing to Jonathan and Gamaliel. They take care of the issue quickly and efficiently, providing my issue in detail truely having my safety at heart. I trust their professional judgement for sure! Thank you guys again.

They very reliable and great staff. Before starting on my car they showed me what my brakes look like and what they was supposed to be and told my up front what my cost was going to be before getting started.

I had my vehicle worked on by a mechanic shop and was told that I needed an alignment so I brought it to Brake Check because I have a lifetime alignment contract with them. They not only performed the alignment but also performed a brake inspection. I am very pleased with the level of care and professionalism shown me during my interaction at this ship and will continue to do business with Brake Check.

Put coolant in my car and told me no sign of any leak well next day coolant leaked out so $75 down the drain literally
