We had a blowout on our travel trailer on Sunday of a holiday weekend. When I called someone answered the phone-that’s a plus-I didn’t have to leave a message and it wasn’t automated. The driver was there in less than 30 minutes and got us back in the road. I was very pleased with the service and the cost.

Where to begin....my daughter had a minor accident just her car on a Saturday Went into a culvert and some barb wire there was no water just pull it out and tow it. I called the next day was told they didn't have the paperwork to callback the next day. I called the next day and the first amount they quoted was 1125$. I was shocked when questioned the woman on the phone corrected it and said oh that was for someone else yours is 625$. I questioned again because that still seemed high they didn't tow it very far only about 15min from their storage. Was told accident tows cost more. Was told if I picked it up on Wed they wouldn't charge me for the extra day storage. When I called on Wed to pay it was told there was an additional 50$ notification fee since they had to by law send me a certified letter(it only cost 8.37). Which I wasn't told about om Tue. On top of all that they informed me that there is a 3.99% charge to pay with a card. So 625$ 22.85 +tax x 3days for storage 50$ notification fee and the debit card fee All total it cost 802.87 to get my car that they towed 12.2 miles.
They said this is the amount they're allowed to charge. Just because you're allowed to charge something doesn't mean you HAVE to charge it.
The tow company that my mechanic works with charged 215$ to tow from Hamilton to Copperas Cove which is a 56.3 mile tow.

Just had my car washed out in a flood and they won't even tell me the cost of storage to get my family car that my father in law owns. They seem pretty shady. Pretty much didn't have a choice since my wife 2yold and I got rescued by the FD and the sheriff's department called the tow. All I asked was how much it would cost to relinquish our car and was told that's confidential info.

Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere and Mr. Jamie Deleon with Murphy came to our rescue. It was 100+ degrees and we had our big Lab with us. Jamie hooked us up and took us to a place where we could leave our car and wait in A/C next door for a ride home. He was quick, friendly, professional and a hero to us senior citizens. We greatly appreciate him. Thank you, Jamie, from the bottom of our hearts.

Very rude and unprofessional! I would not even give 1 star but google review does not have a option for negative stars! We had items stolen from our vehicle when it was at this yard. They claimed that two Certified letters were sent out but never received… letting us know the vehicle was released, even though we were in there office or calling just about every other day. They could of verbally told us that the vehicle was released, instead of wasting money on certified mail… I guess they have the money to waste considering the daily storage fees they racked up alone on this vehicle! On top of that they are still waiting on another party to send over photos of our stolen items that were stolen while in Murphys possession… yet are going to have the truck auctioned off soon!!! Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. Don’t be a hog America!

The boss lady kept yelling and talking over me when trying to talk to her… she is very rude and unprofessional! They seem to give a run around due to not being about to answer as to were our items are that were in our vehicle.Hung up on me and said she was not gonna to argue about this however I was asking questions not arguing!!!Service: Car towing

Top notch work! Matthew, the guy that towed my truck, went above and beyond. Not only did he get my truck to me in a timely manner, but he let me know he was on his way to make sure I was home. He also was able to position my truck perfectly on my driveway so I could work on it. Thanks for the great service!

They were amazing my mom's truck broke down and I was scrambling trying to get her help since I was 3 hours away. They scooped her up, took her to a mechanic and even helped her find a hotel till the repairs could be made. They are the embodiment of professionalism and customer service!

Called AAA and they sent out this company. Yet after loading the boss lady called and said AAA wouldn't approve it. We called them back and it was approved but they wanted another 200 to tow it 24 miles. Please don't use this company and if you have e AAA and they say this company please do not allow them to send them. Request a different company. The driver was nice but the boss lady he was talking to was not and tries to get more money out of people.Service: Local hauling
