Great experience and will definitely be my go-to for my pond/fish needs. The owner is incredibly polite and personable. He knows our fish-pets are our little family friends, knows how much they mean to us, and understands how much we want to care for them, so he's adamant about helping us meet our little fishy loved one's needs. Five stars only because I can't give him ten stars ?.

I am originally came from California and moved to New York and recently moved to Texas. I came to buy a shrimp for Pet. The workers are very help and friendly and I am very happy with my shrimp. They did give me some advice what I need for future pet. I will come back again to buy more.

Really cool place. Has tons of inventory on all your fish needs. Went in for plants and was surprised by the selection, lots of variety.

Bought my little betta from this company about a year ago. He is still thriving, though getting old now. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about short and long term care. I got a lot of inspiration for my planted tank by walking through the aquariums in the back. The owner asked a few questions about our tank style of choice, and helped us build our perfect little planted tank for Lord Grantham to call home.

I stumbled upon this out of the way oasis. This small business provided me customer service I’ve never gotten from a LFS. This is a great place for dry goods for all aquarium needs salt and fresh. Large selection of fresh water livestock. If you need odds and ends for your systems, you can find it here. If they don’t have it in stock, they’ll quickly get it for you for a local option!

Went in today not fully knowing what we wanted for our new tank but the owner and William both were so much help with us picking something. Came out with two cute loaches and we both agreed this will be our dedicated fish store.

We are in the process of turning our inground pool into a pond. We had trouble finding any local outlets for information or plants. Luckily we were led to PetWorld. Excellent reception and service from Darin. He patiently answered all our questions and showed us many plant options. His prices were very favorable and he did not try to oversell us. He told us to call him any time we had any questions or needed help. Fantastic service!! I highly recommend PetWorld.

Like this place needed to find someone to do a quick water change because was treating my tank with medicine he did more cleaning then any other place he is very knowledgeable and very kind he helped me figure out why my tank was cloudy it was due to leaving light on to long and my filter did not have proper stuff for that size filter so he let me know my tank looks very clean and fish look happy the other place was not doing big enough water changes they finally got a big water change highly recommend I also ask a lot of question I am chatty and he was very polite he really cares about his customers if I could give more then 5 stars I would

The owners a great guy and always helped us out with any help we have need with our tanks. Quick to get us anything we need or want. If he doesn't have it you don't need it.
