In October I dropped my Infiniti Q50 off with the team at Multistate after my transmission went out. Even with setbacks with the shipping companies both Buddy and Vinny were the definition of professionals. They listened to my concerns, and worked hard to make sure my car got back to me.
Even though I wouldn't want my transmission to go out again, I would absolutely go back to Multistate to get the job done.

We had a transmission that went out. They fixed it and it drives great. It wasn't cheap, but things are expensive these days. And it has a 12 month parts and labor warranty. We are very pleased.

I have had work done here multiple times and one of the time I have had a transmission rebuilt and it only lasted 30k miles before it was no good took it back to see if they could warranty it since it had such low miles but they only have a 1 year warranty so this time they had to put a rebuilt one off the shelf and I hope it last longer then the other one.

Multistate refuses to take your money unless they actually perform work on your transmission. So far, I have brought 2 cars to their shop. The first one was my daughter's and it needed a new or rebuilt transmission. Because of it's age, it wasn't financially feasible and she just wholesaled it. The second one, my wife's, hopefully had a one off problem that fixed itself. After Multistate checked the fluid and found no diagnostic codes, they again released it to me with no charge. I have found them to be a very honest and reputable company.

Thought I had issues so had my Bronco Sport looked at and driven this am
Found nothing in the vehicle and no charge for checking
Wha I also found was as helpful and informative guys as you could ever get
Really love the willingness to speak of the I love for Christ
I honestly hope to not go back… Well, maybe for a chat with some great guys but not transmission related

These guys do great work. They installed two transmissions for me and they’re the reason I can keep my 05 SRT-4 on the road today. Buddy keeps the shop going and is the backbone of the Watauga location. Don’t give him too much rope though or he’ll pull your chain. These are my go to guys and I would recommend them to friends and family. Because they best most shops they tend to back up a week or two. I’m pretty sure I’m their favorite customer and not even I can beat the line so plan accordingly.
