HORRIBLE CISTOMER SERVICE just from the first call I literally got a recommended by another Electrical repair shop to call them just to receive that type of treatment for a prospective new customer nope RED FLAG ? call immediately placed on hold rudely upon answering the phone rude/ attitudish (my word) tone then to come back to the phobe just to say oh a customer just walked in as if I'm not a customer. I tell everyone GO ELSEWHERE I WON'T SPEND MY MONEY HERE just imagine the type of work and energy you will experience dealing with this company.NO THANK YOU

I spoke with someone on the phone about electrical issues I had with my car and was told I could either drop it off at 7 am or bring it by 8 and talk with someone. I came by 8 in the morning and was immediately met with horrible customer service. “I told you to bring it by at 7.” Strike one. I was trying to explain the electrical issues I was experiencing and the guys dismissed my concerns and said “It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack.” Strike two, I don’t take well to patronizing tones. I was asking the man to at least look at the relay panel I was referring to and he just kept giving me excuses! Strike three. Will never spend energy or money on this place. Go somewhere else!!!

So about a few weeks back i came in to bring my tahoe 2012 that wouldnt stay on and i couldnt drive it because it would die on me . So i came in spoke to marco he told me they would look into seeing whats wrong. I left it there then he called me to let me know that my fuse box was no good and that i needed to replace it so they then he also let me know that the module that is near the gas tank could also be problem so he said he had a hard time removing it to replace it . Then next thing you know it didnt need to be replaced so he removed it once again. About a day later he told me to pick it up its ready.... somy left work early to pick up the truck because they close at 530pm the time i get off and my husband gets off from work .. so my husband begins to drive the truck and the next thing you know the gas tank is hanging out the truck. So he stops in the middle of the street calls me to go bring him some tools becquse apparently the mechanic forgot to put back when taking out the module again.... so we let slide because we didnt think much of it at that point either way he was closed .. so the next day i begin to drive it after my husband fixed and then i begin to smell gas... and so i bought a gas lid to replace the old one at least i thought thats what it was and no it turned out to be a leak of gas from one of the plugs thats connects to the gas tank and so i contacted him to let him know the issue and i stoped by all marco did is basic ally say it fine when you picked up and that i needed to pay for any other things that needed to be fixed.. when i brought the truck to get fix for the first issue i never smelled gas or had any other problems i know for sure.... to make a long story short i do not recommend this electrician at all .... he lies and doesnt want to fix mistake his electrician did..... they act like nothing happened .... horrible service ........ if i could i wont even give a star ..... never again will i go back....
