This place was horrible it was 15 till closing I walked in with a flat screen tv both women didn’t greet just went to with their rude questions catching me off guard and then oh we don’t take them unless it’s original tv and stand and original remote!! Plain and simple you didn’t want business cause you were closing how quickly the one locked the door after we left with customers still INSIDE!!!! Maybe I wasn’t their race and that’s why, I walked in with a smile and ready for business and a friendly person as always but not your two women closing. I tried explaining what I had but continued to cut me off! So I don’t need your business or atmosphere and I’ll make sure everyone knows how horrible and rude your customer service is something you pride yourself on WHAT A JOKE!!!!! You don’t deserve even one star!!!

They have many items that are clearly not truly for sale and are just to bring people in. I had some free time so I dropped in and was browsing their selection and saw a pistol that my wife has been looking for so I sent her a picture of it to see if she would want to add it to her collection and she said that the next day she would go in there to purchase it.The next day when she went in to purchase it they had hung up signs stating they did not want any pictures being taken in the shop and no one was allowed to be on their cell phone around the firearm section. I understand that they have the right to set the rules but it seemed completely ridiculous in the sense that word of mouth is 80% of how people find them.Apparently it had triggered the manager because she was immediately denied the option to buy it .He made it very clear to her that he had no intention of selling it and even though they have a deal where it's 15% off all firearms, apparently this One was an exception to the rule because no discount would be given on it.The items that they are willing to sell are extremely worn out and not worth the money. I am an avid pawn shop visitor to all the ones in our area so I try to be very understanding but this was one I should have just kept driving and not even giving it the time. All of their name brand tools were basically retail price and we're clearly used heavily.The staff treats everyone with a slight distaste as if they know you're bringing them junk.The only thing they seem to be selling is old window a/c units due to the heat this year.So if you're browsing any pawn shops in the area I would strongly recommend skipping this one.

These guys are the best around! The staff is always knowledgeable and gives you honest offers and their pricing on items for sale are a bargain! If they can’t offer what you’re asking on an item you are selling/pawning they will always explain their reasoning behind it. I have never left this store feeling like I got ripped off. If you go in to sell an item do yourself a favor and check out what they have for sale while you’re there. There’s always something you never knew you needed. If you can’t afford it at the time you can always put an item on layaway and have several months to pay it off. I have done business with them on several occasions and everyone always makes you feel welcomed and valued. I have learned not to go anywhere else and when I have in the past I end up leaving to come to this store anyway!

These people are a joke first to act like you can't find me in the system is b******** To Not give a person what they want when they have a history with them is b******** Maybe I was the wrong color, a pregnant Latino was able to get whatever $ for some tools but not me for my laptop. Don't go here keep it moving they play to much here. I don't recommend this place they don't wanna give you what is right for your things.

This used to be the best place in town . It's under new ownership . I was just totally insulted by a female employee there today . She asked me for my ID to see a necklace . I go to high end jewelry stores and no one has asked me for an ID . I promptly told her that I was never going in that store again ! Here is the most insulting part the necklace was only 1800$ . They have just lost a customer ! I don't recommend anyone shop there if that is how they treat their regulars .
