I had all my TPM sensors changed at Costco since two were out. Somehow the IDs of the TPM sensors were off with what was programmed into the car. Three times Costco didn’t catch it but one time Texas Nissan Service didn’t catch it either. Texas Nissan Service charged me $189.95 to do it also. They quoted me $700 and change to change the TPM sensors to OEM. Costco finally fixed it but should have refunded my money. I saved over $400 by not trusting Texas Nissan Service.

I went in for an oil change and multipoint inspection to travel 500 miles from DFW to West Texas.
They recommended I get an alignment and tire rotation. (mistake)
On my way back from West Texas to DFW, a tire sensor light came on.
The West Texas tire shop could not find anything wrong with the tire with the sensor light on and sent me on my way.
They thought it was only a sensor malfunction.
I made it back to DFW. But the next day the tire flat on the back tire.
I discovered through a different DFW automotive repair company that Texan Nissan did not rotate the sensors properly to reflect tire rotation and alignment service.
I am so thankful that I did not have a tire blow out. It was a slow leak.
I have no plans to do further business with Texan Nissan.
I am also wondering who removes your old oil change sticker and doesn’t clean the sticky film?
Also, who doesn’t give the customer their multipoint inspection report or even go over it with them?
Answer: Texan Nissan
These may seem like small things but their red flags for me as well.

Awful service, customer service and decorum. They do not listen to what a customer is wanted and chock it up as a "miscommunication " when they do something to the car that the owner of the car didn't authorize. I've been coming here since 2013 and never had a problem, but once they switched owners and brought in a new team its more hassel to come here. Everytime is an issue. I love the Nissan sales department (Clinton will take care of all of your needs) but the service department has gone down hill . I'd give 0 stars. Would not recommend.

Thank you, Nissan; thank you, Mr. Joe Brodrick for all of your assistance with me today you have been very gracious, very courteous, very knowledgeable and patient man with being able to help me with all of the needs and concerns that I had and or have with my car, don’t you go anywhere? I will need you in the future too. It’s wonderful to be able to have a man come out and be there to help assist when needed for a woman when we come in we don’t know much of our cars so to have a man who is knowledgeable and will help assist with everything that is needed. That is wonderful and we do appreciate it so thank you so very much Texas Nissan and Mr. Joe Broderick for your assistance I will be back and I do appreciate all that you do here from the purchase of my car all the way through to the service of my car , be blessed thank you

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE CENTERS OUT THERE! Rude technicians rude service desk employees! I purchased a car not even a yr ago that comes with a 24mo/24k maintenance warranty that includes oil changes and this is about my 2nd oil change and tbh my last. They made my partner wait over 3 hours and barely even acknowledge him the whole time he was there. made him waste basically his whole morning waiting for nothing while cars that got there after him got serviced first!! RIDICULOUS 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THEIR TIME HERE !

Could not be happier with the service here. I bring my NV2500 every 5k miles. Prices for service are reasonable, fast and friendly. Comfortable waiting room with business office, coffee, delicious popcorn, and there was a guy with a smoker selling BBQ in the parking lot.

I was told they always honor carvanas offers. I double checked with the sales associate that it would be honored since I did not want to waste my time driving 45 minutes here. I arrived and he said they would appraise it, after waiting 25 minutes they gave me an offer 7,000 lower than carvana. Don't come here to sell your car you will just end up wasting your time.

The way the manager (service center) helped me out was out of my mind. Their intention of helping is what drives me the most to that location. Excellent help came from the manager and Marcos. Kudos to them!

If I could give negative stars I would. They are all about getting one over on you, not building loyalty based on great customer relations. They happily sold us a used truck that we now owe literally over double the value on. We carried zero negative equity into the deal and now owe $40k on a truck worth $15k. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand they need to make some money in order to keep the doors open but I can't help feeling taken advantage of. Yes, shame on us for trusting the dealership when they told us what a great deal we were getting. We don't buy many cars and we needed something right away due to an accident. However, this is highway robbery. When we gave them the opportunity to make things right and build a loyal customer for life, they told us to pound sand. So you should do yourself a favor and find a different car dealership. AVOID working with Texas Nissan or their Business Management team Mr. Neil Assad, Managing Partner, Ms. Becky Miles, and Administrator Mr. Yousef ABDEL-HAMID, or hold on to your wallet and prepare to get screwed!

clearly a two star review from 300 means something...I worked on a deal with this dealership in good faith for well over 7 business days. when finalized and negotiated price agreed upon by all parties I advised i was ready to 'wheel and deal.' I called to let my sales guy know I was on my way - when traveling The manager of the dealership called and advised the price would not be honored and the cost would be $2,000.00 over the negotiation price. so I this made me wonder - was the well over a week back and forth a game? I don't know but definately not worth anyone's breath if life - keep clear of this dishonesty- it's not like there are not multiple options...

We had a great experience. If you're in the market for a used car, definitely ask for Kendall! He was patient, helpful, informative and kind throughout the entire process. We take our time purchasing cars and went back and forth a lot. He never pressured us and answered every question we had. In the end, we got the perfect car for us and our needs.

Horrible Service Department. My husband took his truck in for regular maintenance before we left on a trip and they failed to put the coolant line clamp back on. And that's the SECOND time it has happened here! Let me explain, the truck will not move without it attached. It came off, leaking coolant, in the middle of nowhere mind you, on our roadtrip. We will never go back.
