I was going to go with a big embroidery company like lids, vista print etc but found this place instead. When I first placed my hat order, one of the employees, (wish I could remember names) took time to show me all of the options. They are all very nice and easy to work with. It is evident that they value customer service and pushing out quality work. I definitely recommend coming here.

The customer service provided here was above and beyond what I expected. I will not be using the other embroidery places I have recently been using because this place blew me away with their prices and the quality of their craftsmanship. I very highly recommend this location to anyone looking for embroidery services. Not only that, but they also work very fast and I got my items faster from here than I have with other places.

What a fantastic place. They did a custom embroidery emblem for me on my shirts and not only did they do a fantastic job but gave me more than a fair price. They were nice, courteous and provided a great product with wonderful customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will be back for many shirts to come.

Excellent work, great service and very accommodating. Definition of a business that cares. We had an issue with another delivery and had to rush order something for a family event Monday. Reached her third in my calls looking for help, and unlike others who were full (she was also), she found a way to get what I needed done today (Friday) despite being fully booked. Highly recommend this company for all reasons, cost, quality ad customer service.

I cannot even begin to explain how deeply in love I am with this place. I came here, almost in tears because I needed to get something embroidered by a deadline and every shop near me was closed or unable to do what I needed. THE STAFF HERE STAYED LATE JUST TO COMPLETE MY ORDER SO THAT I WOULDNT HAVE TO DRIVE OUT TO PICK IT UP. How sweet is that? Unbelievable customer service. I'm never gunna get stuff embroidered anywhere else, and that is a pretty big deal because I monogram everything.
