Creative Nails is the only nail salon i go to, I see Katie, she always gives me my dream nails but all the technicians are so sweet and talented, they have so many colors to choose from & do such amazing designs. It’s the perfect place for a self care day!

I always get my nails done and stay on top of that. I went in and asked price to get my nails done. The lady at the front desk said it's $46 for dipping powder I get to the end and my surprise she tells me your total is gonna be $75, I was at her and said what happened to the 46 then she wants to give me all these extra prices oh, we had to take your nails off. We had to take the polish off. We had to give a tip. Do not go here unless you wanna be overcharged.

Read reviews and taught lets give it a try well yea called made appointment and as soon as I walked in felt not welcomed was asked to pick color sat there for 15 min and no acknowledgment so I did exactly what I needed to get up and go will not be returning thats for sure.

I've been able to walk in and get super service and quality 90% of the time. The price and convenient location have kept me coming back for 10 years.

This place is great! We just moved to Grapevine and I looked up nail salons near me, this came up and I tried it. Long was my technician and he was the best! I can honestly say this was the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had! All the customers seemed like regulars and were happily chatting with the technicians. I'm so happy I found this place! Thank you!

Every time I have been here it has been exceptional! The customer service is fantastic. I noticed one thing that bugged me and without hesitation, he fixed it right away to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you all for keeping my nails beautiful!

Superior staff. Extensive hours. Fair prices. Plenty of nail polish colors and service choices.
I stopped going to the salon many years ago. The business seemed to pair you up with the same nail tech over and over again so I started to just pop in unannounced without an appointment or request for a particular nail tech. On one occasion, I asked the person giving me a pedicure about some spots on my toenails. She said fungus! I had been having the same nail tech do pedicures on me for months and months and she never said anything. I was very thankful that this “pop in” pedicure person was honest. I left the salon and went to the pharmacy at Tom Thumb.

My nails always look really good when I come here, but the price is different each time. It's already a bit pricier than other nail salons which is fine because they do a good job, but it's frustrating to be charged a random price every time. My advice is to ask what the price will be before getting started.

I called ahead for a pedicure. They were honest about the wait time (very reasonable for a Saturday) and I came in 30 minutes later. Pedicure was soooo relaxing (I think her name was Tina but I have poor hearing so I apologize if I heard it wrong!). Salon was very clean and quiet, they had a lot of choices for services and colors. I’ll be back here for more pedicures. 10/10

There are some amazing men and woman that work here! I bring my family here all the time, and it's always a blast. They always do an amazing job and my nails never break!
