Every time I go to this store the prices ring up incorrectly. Every time. It's getting to the point where any shopping I do will be HEB, even the small stuff. Seems to be an epidemic of issues at any store in granite shoals.

It's ok but it being paired with dollar tree is not great! I like family dollar but not dollar tree! I shop at dollar tree but not too much at this one!

I've been satisfied with this new store. Things are easy to find. Today, I was disappointed in customer service. There were two employees at the front of the store behind the registers. I was in line behind a customer who was buying things associated with coupons on her phone, which was taking a little longer than expected. The other employee was sitting on the counter not doing anything except either texting or talking on her phone. She's still sitting there as the line is now 3-4 customers deep, at which time a young lady comes in and checks into her register and begins helping customers. Not saying that employees don't need down time or breaks, but they should be taken away from the customer's view, so that it doesn't appear as unwillingness to help.
