This is my second time using this company. My daughter’s screen was broken in July and I took it here. While they fixed the screen they broke the part where she can hear callers. I called and alerted them of this. Unfortunately she broke her screen again and I took it to get fixed and reminded them of her phone not being able to hear from it while up to her ear and that it was fine the last time they fixed her screen. I know there’s a year limited warranty. I asked about that and was told since her screen got broke again they would NOT fix the part THEY BROKE during the first repair. I will NEVER go to this place again. If you choose to be sure to check they didn’t BREAK any other portion of your phone in the process because they do NOT FIX what they break.
Update my daughter’s screen cracked two days later!! She did not drop it. I called the store spoke to Jennifer who stated they didn’t have the part needed and that she would contact me when they did. It’s been a week I called and called asked and asked and have not heard back at all!!!

Since posting last week my initial dissatisfaction with my laptop repair by ubreakifix by Asurion, I now acknowledge that Asurion/Ubreakifix management later agreed to repair the screen my laptop screen at no additional cost to me. I am very grateful to their understanding and resolution of this matter. I am now happy with the repair of my laptop. Thanks
My experience has been horrible and is still ongoing. Work order 23417776.
I requested repair of hinge for hp envy laptop. Nothing else was wrong with laptop at that time. Upon arrival of hinge, tech tried to repair and then told me I needed another display screen. What I wasn’t told is that during tech attempt to tech attempt to replace hinge, my display screen was damage leading to need to order another screen.
The damaged screen now doesn’t display clearly on right side of screen. Admitting their negligence, I have been told I will be given a slight discount for display screen purchase and repair.
Unacceptable resolution! Why do I have to pay for damage caused by your tech’s negligence?!
Also, when hinge was originally ordered, the order didn’t process but no one at your store knew about the order failure until I called the store a week later asking for status update for part that I was told would only take 2 or 3 days to get.
Again, I shouldn’t have to pay for additional repair caused by your tech! A lot of Asurion displays in your store about your good customer service BUT I have only experienced delays and further damage to my laptop that I’m told I have to pay for.
I also spoke to a couple of other customers while I was at your store who weren’t very satisfied with their repair experiences either. I’m not optimistic I’ll hear from anyone in your customer service department about my complaint, but I hope I’m proven wrong. I will be happy to verbally discuss this complaint with you.
