Worst experience ever in a Sacks, the clothes ewww and service -terrible-We came late and they were almost closing and they let us know, it was good until I said "it's Ok, you can close it ", the lady came back with attitude and said -I have to wait for you to close- after that she was talking to the other ones about the situation and all of them started to laught laud and talk about how they "deal" with people! Seriously?Sacks supouses to be a good luxury place, however this one is a super ghetto place!!

Hmm, sadly says nothing to look at because it looks half empty, and the price on old style clothes is out of date and not worth paying for it. Yes, it is a brand name but the stuff is 5 years old style. Two stars cus the place look clean and organized.

I will not be shopping here anymore. I bought a gold rosary from Saks Off 5th online, they sent me a completely different item. The necklace they sent looked cheap, as if it had come from Claire's. I finally received my refund which was less $10; they charged me a shipping fee when it was their fault. This entire return process has been a time consuming negative experience with them.
