I’m from Louisiana and relocated to Dallas I was looking for a reasonable mechanic and god must have heard me because this was recommended to me by a roadside assistance company and thank god I went I’ve been here twice so far and both times my vehicle was serviced it was done right and also the owner and his prices are far for a single parent and they get you in and out and make sure you see the problem before they start the work and to the end Highly Recommended!!! GOOD WORK AND THE PRICE IS AFFORDABLE

Good customer service I took my truck in on a Saturday and got it back that same day .he replaced my whole AC system.... At a very good price. I would highly recommend.. and I'm someone that doesn't really trust mechanics and I don't like to take my cars just anywhere but this time I chanced it I read his reviews and thank God I got to give me mechanic so if you're looking for something to get done this is the place

Came in asking for a check engine light guy told me to wait for boss man I asked the guy if I leave the car there or wait twice straight up ignores my question , so I waited for boss man , boss man arrives , then says I have to leave the car there with and attitude , boss man did help me tho

I've used Ruben's Auto repair for many years. They are honest and excellent mechanics. They've worked on my old cars that I have and the new ones. I highly recommend Ruben's Auto Repair.

We broke down in Grand Prairie on Thanksgiving weekend and were hopeful to find a shop open. Not only were they open, repair was done within two hours. This establishment was beyond professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Martin was extremely accommodating, as he even drove us to a restaurant to eat lunch while we waited. I would recommend this garage 10 out of 10 times!

Was charged 150 for a sensor they claimed to have fixed said my car was fine let it set up there to say they fixed it and still have the same problems I had when I dropped it off.

Horrible place wouldn’t recommend to no one. I was called twice to change prices 300 to 640 so decided to take my car else where. Took to other shop and was told this shop damage my car and replace original screw. Called the owner send pictures and let him know what he did. He admitted of cracking the knuckle and losing the original screw but said he wasn’t gonna pay for the damage of my car and only the screw. Unprofessional to damage a customer property and not pay for it. Now gonna waste more money for the damage he did.
